The sound made Harry's blood run cold instantly.
He suddenly opened his eyes, and the scar on his forehead began to throb faintly.
"We have to go!" Harry suddenly grabbed Ron and Hermione's arms, pulling them forcefully in another direction.
"Harry, are you crazy?" Ron stumbled, nearly falling.
"What's happening?" Hermione was also bewildered by the sudden change.
Harry pulled the two to a corner before stopping, both of them panting.
"I just heard someone talking," Harry whispered, his green eyes filled with tension.
"He was talking about the Philosopher's Stone, saying he absolutely had to get it."
Ron's blue eyes widened.
"What? I didn't hear anything, Harry. It was quiet there just now."
"I'm sure I heard it!" Harry insisted, his hand unconsciously touching the scar on his forehead.
"That voice... it was hoarse and evil."
Hermione looked at Harry thoughtfully, a flicker of rationality in her brown eyes.
"Harry, are you sure what you heard wasn't a hallucination?" she asked cautiously.
"I mean, exam pressure is high, sometimes people have auditory hallucinations..."
"It wasn't a hallucination!" Harry interrupted her, his tone becoming impatient.
"I'm very sure I heard that voice!"
Hermione was silent for a moment, then slowly nodded.
"Actually... there are some sounds that only people with specific talents can hear, I've read about it in books," she said thoughtfully.
Ron's face turned pale: "Who could it be? Who would want the Philosopher's Stone?"
Harry's expression became serious.
"It must be Lord Voldemort."
Hearing the name, Ron shivered, his fiery red hair standing on end.
"Don't say that name," he stammered.
"Didn't Charlie drive Lord Voldemort away? He shouldn't be at Hogwarts anymore."
"Do you remember what Dumbledore said?" Harry's voice grew heavy.
"He said Lord Voldemort would come back, and as long as the Philosopher's Stone was at Hogwarts, he wouldn't give up."
Hermione's face also turned pale: "If that's really the case, we must tell Professor McGonagall immediately!"
The three immediately took action, rushing to Professor McGonagall's office.
Professor McGonagall was organizing exam papers, looking up at the three who rushed in.
"Mr. Potter, Miss Granger, Mr. Weasley."
"What's wrong with you? You look very anxious."
"Professor," Harry said urgently.
"I just heard someone trying to steal the Philosopher's Stone."
Professor McGonagall's eyebrows raised slightly, her expression becoming serious.
"Why do you know about the existence of the Philosopher's Stone, Mr. Potter?" Her voice carried surprise.
Harry didn't know how to explain for a moment.
"It's a long story," Harry insisted,
"But Professor, please believe me. I really heard someone trying to steal the Philosopher's Stone!"
Professor McGonagall was silent for a moment, her gaze sweeping over the faces of the three students.
"No matter how you know," she finally said.
"Hogwarts' security is absolutely reliable. The Philosopher's Stone is heavily protected, and no one can easily approach it."
"But Professor," Hermione interjected.
"If someone really is planning to steal the Philosopher's Stone, we shouldn't take it lightly. Please tell Professor Dumbledore, he will surely believe Harry."
"Professor Dumbledore left school this morning," she said slowly.
"The Ministry of Magic has urgent business for him to handle."
Hearing this news, the faces of the three turned pale.
"Dumbledore isn't here?" Ron's voice changed pitch.
"What do we do now?"
The three looked at each other, not knowing what to do for a moment.
At this moment, Hermione gave Harry and Ron a look, and they instantly understood her meaning.
Find Charlie! Charlie must have a way.
