After lunch, Rias suddenly froze as if struck by lightning. The realization hit her all at once, and she immediately panicked, asking if anyone had come looking for her. In truth, she had suspected from the beginning that Grayfia might show up to prevent her from carrying out her plan, but after everything that had happened earlier, the thought had completely slipped her mind.
Arthur and Akeno could not help but laugh when they saw her flustered reaction, although they quickly explained the situation once they realized she was genuinely starting to get angry.
Rias listened carefully as they described Grayfia's visit, Arthur's display of power, and the proposal regarding the Rating Game.
The more she heard, the more surprised she became.
Arthur revealing his true strength so casually was already shocking enough, but what confused her even more was the unexpectedly cordial interaction between him and Grayfia. She had known Grayfia her entire life, and she understood perfectly well how strict and cautious the silver-haired maid could be when dealing with outsiders.
Yet somehow, Arthur had managed to earn her cooperation almost immediately.
Rias stared at him with a complicated expression.
"Do you like Grayfia?"
Arthur blinked in surprise at the sudden question.
From his perspective, the thought had never even crossed his mind in that way, but from Rias and Akeno's perspective, the question made complete sense. They both knew how stunning Grayfia was, and they had seen the way Arthur had looked at her earlier.
He rubbed the back of his head awkwardly.
"I won't deny she's beautiful," he admitted honestly. "But I don't set my sights on married women."
Arthur considered himself a cultured gentleman who despised NTR with every fiber of his being.
Rias and Akeno exchanged confused glances.
"Darling…" Rias said slowly, tilting her head. "Grayfia is single."
The way she addressed him sent a pleasant tickle through Arthur's ears, but the meaning of her words struck him even more strongly.
Grayfia… single?
Arthur's expression froze for a moment.
'System… something strange is going on here.'
The system responded calmly inside his mind.

Arthur raised an eyebrow slightly.
'You can contact God directly?'

It was the first time the system had casually revealed such an ability, but since he had never asked before, he decided not to dwell on it too much. In fact, he was far more interested in understanding what kind of anomaly had caused this change.
Akeno added another detail that only made the situation stranger.
"Now that I think about it," she said thoughtfully, "I've never heard any romantic rumors about Grayfia either."
Arthur realized the girls were still staring at him expectantly, so he quickly improvised an explanation.
"Well… given her age and beauty, I assumed she would at least have a boyfriend."
Rias nodded as though the logic made perfect sense.
"There was a rumor a long time ago that she and my brother were interested in each other," she explained. "But they both denied it very firmly. They've always insisted they're just good friends."
Arthur leaned forward slightly, curious despite himself.
Rias continued.
"During the final stages of the civil war in the Underworld, Grayfia and my brother actually met on the battlefield. They were enemies at first, but over time they developed mutual respect. When the war ended and her faction lost, my brother used his authority to protect her. Instead of allowing her to be taken as a slave by another family, he brought her into the Gremory household under the pretext that she would serve our family."
Arthur listened carefully.
The story sounded almost identical to the version he remembered from the novel.
The only difference was the most important one.
In the original timeline, Grayfia eventually married Sirzechs.
In this world… that had never happened.
Rias continued speaking.
"Grayfia became like an older sister to me while I was growing up. She wasn't my sister-in-law, but she basically became a third daughter in the family. Even so, she has this strange hobby of being a servant, and she takes it extremely seriously. Because of that, she's recognized as the strongest servant in the entire Underworld, not only because of her power but also because of how incredibly capable she is at taking care of people."
Arthur nodded slowly.
Her story was almost identical to what he remembered, but the missing marriage changed everything.
He wanted to ask more questions, but he stopped himself. Pushing too hard would only make the girls suspicious.
Meanwhile, Rias was lost in her own thoughts.
Before today, the idea of sharing Arthur with Akeno and Asia had made her feel a little uneasy. She had not liked the thought of dividing his attention.
However, after the events of the previous night, she had experienced a rather shocking revelation.
She simply could not handle that man alone.
Even now, her legs still trembled slightly whenever she stood up. Worse yet, she was painfully aware that she had not even satisfied him completely before losing consciousness.
The realization made her face burn.
At this rate, she desperately needed more sisters.
Still, the idea of adding Grayfia to that group created extremely complicated feelings. Grayfia had always been like a real older sister to her, someone she admired and respected deeply.
Thinking of her in that way made Rias feel strangely conflicted.
In the end, she decided to push that problem aside for the time being.
There were far more urgent matters to deal with first.
And so, the rest of the day passed peacefully without any further incidents.
At bedtime, a small argument broke out among the girls.
The source of the conflict was simple: Rias had absolutely no intention of returning to her own room. Instead, she proudly declared that from now on she would be living in Arthur's room.
Akeno immediately protested.
She crossed her arms and pointed out that she and Asia had arrived at the house first, and therefore it would only be fair if they were the ones sharing Arthur's room. She even tried to convince Asia to support her argument, although the blonde girl was far too shy to take a clear stance.
Arthur, meanwhile, wisely remained neutral and watched the entire exchange unfold from the sidelines.
Rias, however, had already prepared her counterargument.
With complete confidence, she declared that she and Arthur were practically engaged now, which naturally meant it was perfectly normal for them to share the same room. According to her logic, it would actually be strange if they did not.
After a surprisingly intense debate that lasted several minutes, the three girls finally reached a compromise.
Rias would officially move into Arthur's room.
However, Akeno and Asia would have the right to sleep in his bed whenever they wished.
"Fufu~ It looks like that redhead wants to establish herself as the official wife."
Lilith's amused voice echoed inside Arthur's mind as she watched the entire situation unfold.
Arthur responded mentally.
"Doesn't it bother you?"
After all, technically speaking, Lilith had been the first woman to truly bind herself to him.
The succubus simply laughed.
"Being the official wife is troublesome. That role requires responsibility, diplomacy, and the patience to deal with many different people. That girl is far better suited for that position than I am."
Her tone was carefree.
"Besides," she added, "I only care about you. Everything else is meaningless to me."
Arthur chuckled quietly.
She was absolutely right about that.
Eventually, once the girls finished discussing their arrangement, they informed Arthur of the final decision. He accepted immediately without any objections.
In truth, it was not as though he had any alternative, but he could hardly complain since he was clearly the one benefiting the most from the arrangement.
That night, Arthur found himself lying in bed embraced by three beautiful girls.
Rias was the first to remove her clothes, explaining with complete confidence that she simply could not sleep comfortably while dressed. According to what Arthur remembered from the novel, this was a long-standing habit of hers.
Akeno followed shortly afterward, her expression mischievous as always.
Asia hesitated at first, her cheeks turning bright red as she looked at the other two girls. Eventually, however, she gathered her courage and quietly removed her own clothes as well, not wanting to be the only one left fully dressed.
Arthur had to admit that controlling his impulses in that situation required tremendous effort.
Fortunately, exhaustion from the previous day helped him maintain his self-control, and eventually he managed to fall asleep.
The next morning, he woke up feeling strangely restrained.
Both of his arms were pinned.
Akeno was wrapped tightly around his left side, sleeping peacefully while holding onto him like a pillow. Asia had somehow climbed partially on top of him during the night, rising and falling gently with his breathing as she slept. On his right side, Rias was already awake.
She was holding him just as tightly as the others, quietly watching his sleeping face.
"Good morning," Arthur said softly.
He leaned forward slightly and kissed her.
"Good morning, darling~"
Hearing her call him that still brought a smile to his face.
A few moments later, his alarm clock began ringing loudly.
That ended the peaceful moment.
Everyone reluctantly got out of bed and began preparing for school.
With everything that had happened recently, Arthur had almost forgotten that he was still technically a high school student.
Today was also Asia's first day attending classes. Originally she was supposed to start the previous week, but the training camp had delayed those plans.
With four people sharing the morning routine, things became rather chaotic. They quickly prepared lunches together, and before Arthur could escape, the girls dragged him into the bathroom so they could all shower at once.
Despite the commotion, they managed to finish getting ready surprisingly quickly.
Before long, everyone was dressed, their bags were prepared, and they were ready to leave for school.
