....lo....hel...hel..o.. "Hello, can you see me now?" a blurry figure is seen on the screen while it shifts up and down making a notion of nodding its head "What did you say?" Now seeing the blurry figure start clearing up in the camera screen it nods again to signal yes " Ahhh you can, this darn microphone." a rather soft yet slightly hoarse voice, almost like a whisper in the wind muttering under their breath. The camera focuses on a rather average but handsome young man sitting behind a large oak desk with a plush leather-like sofa chair as his seat with his elbows resting on the desk and chin lying on his hands looking closely the man has brown curly hair, slanted hazel brown eyes, and black round glasses hanging onto the bridge of his crooked nose. "Well let's get started" Pushing his glasses up and scooting the chair closer he takes a deep breath and looks up at the camera with a smile. "This is a story I heard from a friend who grew up in a small town in the Midwest;" he began with a soft, gentle voice. "It's about a young woman named Liliana, who had long, shimmering brown hair and soft, doe-like eyes;" the man paused, adjusting his glasses. "One day, just as she was walking down a forest path on her way back from picking herbs for her sick mother, she suddenly spotted a man with long, silken silver hair in a small clearing."The scene before her looks almost like something out of a fairy tale. As she tries to get a closer look, she slowly walks behind a bush and kneels down to the ground for a better view. Watching the man slowly turn in her direction, she suddenly recalls a story her mother used to tell her when she was younger"Listen well, my dear. Beware the beauty that is not of this world, for it has a smile that is both captivating and chilling. There lurks a creature with a heart filled with ill will and malice. It lures in the innocent with its beautiful form, but beneath that beauty lies a terrible being that craves the faces of its victims. With a touch that leaves their skin pale as a ghostly specter, it whisks away their identities, leaving them never to be seen again."As if her body had a mind of its own, she walked toward the beautiful man. But now, we could see that he had no face. Why was there no face? No eyes, no mouth, no nose, no eyebrows--just a being with a blank canvas for a visage. Before she could even scream, she fell to the ground, her world turning dark. As Liliana walked down the path leading to the forest, she noticed a village coming into view. She stopped in her tracks, looking back at the forest with a smile on her face. Turning back toward the town, her silver hair flowed in the wind as she continued her walk. Covering his mouth and chuckling to himself the man said, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, a fascinating quote isn't it?" Coughing to clear his throat the man looked back at the camera, smiling with his elbows on the desk in front him and started leaning forward, with his hands intertwined with each other. "Well that's the end of the recording for today. I hope it was to your guy's liking and provided you with some sort of entertainment. Until next time!" waving goodbye with a smile on his face. The camera cut off and the recording ended.
