After the runway, Linda smiled in relief. "Yeah… finally… look at what you can't do, Linda." She smiled at her reflection as if mocking herself. "You are nothing without us," she sneered at the mirror.
The makeup artists looked confused and glanced at each other.
Megan sighed. "It's… complicated." She sighed again. They forced a smile and nodded.
Not long after, Miranda and Patrick entered.
Miranda quickly walked to Linda with a smile. "Hello, Linda." She extended her hand for a handshake.
Patrick almost choked and looked at Linda nervously. Did she want to shake hands with Lizzo? Who did she think she was? he thought.
Just as he was about to stop her, Linda smiled warmly and shook her hand. She wasn't Lizzo, but Lizzo also had no idea what Patrick was thinking.
"Nice to meet you."
Miranda clapped her hands happily. "I love the way you corrected my mistake. I really appreciate it."
