Chapter 17 - Chapter 19: Prisoner!

Year: 1203 AD,

A portal opens .

It was hell society.

Almost endless realm.

It was located under the surface of ground. It was like Earthen but instead it was more deep and huge filled with fire, weird materials and huge structures.

It doesn't have souls of all died ones, this realm exists only for Devil Lords and Devil God to reside along with some chosen souls as subjects given to the Devil Lords and other sinful ones are punished brutally according to their sins in another part of Realm specifically known as Punishment sector.

The souls which don't exist in Hell Realm are spirits (higher ones), Great Powers (Thunder Tusk) and such. Thunder's soul is a mystery.

He was said to be killed which means his physical body was somehow killed however what happened to his soul is unknown to even Devil God.

A soul can't be killed, it can only be erased and Thunder Tusk's soul just vanished without any external erasure. Also his soul never entered Hell.

Coming to present, the portal brings two figures.

One of them was dragging unconscious soul of other.

The portal closed as soon as the two figures entered the Hell Society.

Kazaar was dragging unconscious form of Derono in the hell.

Derono's physical body has been thrown in intermediate realm while his soul was been dragged by Kazaar.

As soon as Kazaar entered the Hell Realm four huge gates appeared before him and he entered the right most one.

There were ten seats , more like thrones placed in circular way. 30 metres high.

Flame was burning in the centre while the outer region of this circular formation was completely dark.

Nine human like figures were seating on their respective thrones.

Each one having their attention at Kazaar.

Kazaar threw Derono's soul near the flame.

Kazaar took his seat.

The meeting between the Devil Lords started.

1) Devil Lord , Ranga.

2) Devil Lord, Rath.

3) Devil Lord, Esp.

4) Devil Lord, Grim.

5) Devil Lord, Dush.

6) Devil Lord, Kel.

7) Devil Lord, Yeser.

8) Devil Lord, Azar.

9) Devil Lord, Yurup.

10) Devil Lord, Kazaar.

[Ranga]: So is this the one?

[Kazaar]: Yes, he is the Grey Adventurer who was marked.

[Kel]: Isn't he young? He looks 20.

[Kazaar]: He chose it himself and he is 16. He may appear older due to the circumstances he lived in for 3 years.

Esp snorted impatiently.

[Esp]: He is here due to his own actions. Not that anything else matters now. His greed for power is the reason he is here. If he hadn't got the curse, he might have been living normally.

[Kazaar]: That is certainly true. Very well, he will be used as sacrifice for the forbidden act he has committed.

[Rath]: Stop rubbish talk and tell us why would you call this meeting for? Being the most powerful Devil Lord doesn't give you prior...

[Kazaar]: Shut up already. I have a good reason enough to summon you all.

Rath growled at Kazaar's interruption.

Esp and others focused more on Kazaar's upcoming words.

[Kazaar]: The thing was not about dragging him here but what will happen next. From whatever I have learnt, he has some very powerful underlings serving him. Two of them are said to be on par with a Demon Lord individually. It's possible that they may enter the Hell Society somehow.

[Rath]: Hah! Don't tell me you are scared of them.

[Esp]: Are you really serious about this Kazaar? Because this is not funny.

Almost everyone was showing slight disappointment with Kazaar being cautious of some Demon Lord level threats while there are 10 Devil Lords for them to face if they enter the society somehow.

[Kazaar]: It's not just about being Demon Lord level or not. I am telling all of you to lessen any collateral damage. Devil God won't love destruction in Hell Society. One of his ally I talked about is actually a Supreme Spirit. This alone makes things hard even for a Devil Lord. The other is a knight most probably whose curse was recently lifted. I can say just by a glimpse he was no ordinary Earthen Knight. There is surely something off about those two specific underlings. Others are mostly fodder.

[Rath]:...A supreme spirit you say? Now it looks some serious matter. But I don't think it will be any trouble. Also no Earthen Knight no matter curse is removed or not is nothing but fodder. You are just slightly paranoid about it.

However other Devil Lords started to rethink it.

Being cautious doesn't hurt, right?

[Dush]: Only a supreme spirit can be a trouble to us if it transforms. However I don't think any Earthen Knight is capable of hurting souls like us Devil Lords.

[Ranga]: Whatever it is, we will be cautious around. What shall we do if we encounter these trespassers?

[Kazaar]: Erase their soul or make their soul as your attendent it doesn't matter. Erasing Supreme Spirit Soul is not possible for single Devil Lord so if you encounter supreme spirit, call other Devil Lords for help.

[Rath]: I won't need it. I will handle it myself.

Saying that Rath teleported away.

[Kazaar]: He is always impatient about everything.

[Ranga]: Is there any specific characteristic that can help us identify this Supreme Spirit?

Kazaar stood from his seat and created a teleportation portal walking towards it.

[Kazaar]: It is green haired and has Mana count comparable to that of me.

Saying that Kazaar too departed from the meeting.

[Ranga]: Looks like there will be some entertainment for us.

[Dush]: Yes, a supreme spirit in hell sounds entertaining enough.

[Esp]: That is what excites you? I am more excited for this knight. I wonder what kind of power does it hold that even Kazaar mentioned him.

Derono's soul which was lying down near the flame was still unconscious.

A dark foam appeared around him and swallowed him whole.

It was the very day when the date of Hell Society was twisted.

Because it was very same day when two heavenly existences entered the Hell Society.

The mana output could be sensed dozens of miles away.

Soon Hell Society will witness wrath of two entities they should have avoided making enemy of.

The two entities that were suppressing their true powers will soon lift their seals.
