You may be wondering: How did these three.... interesting induvial... get here anyway? Well lucky for you we're gonna tell you
"Order's ready" The words came from a tired, messy black haired young man by the name of Luff Corneas, a minimum wage worker at a unnamed fast food chain.
Luff: "I don't remember the last time i slept, gotta keep working though...." He looked back to hear a sizzling sound coming from behind him
Luff: "looks like I left the deep fryer on...." As he went to turn it off he stared into it, feeling the warmth against his skin which caused him to succumb to his drowsiness and he fell inside the deep fryer.
But instead of dying he saw something completely different
He was inside of a void, it wasn't dark but it wasn't lively either. It felt like looking at a stary sky at night
And then she appeared, a woman like he had never seen before, mostly because she was glowing but still
She then proceeded to tell him a bunch of plot stuff that you would know if you read the prologue before dropping him in the land of Virlux with nothing but himself.... and a bunch of cooking materials?
Well even with that this was the start of his legendary journey
Somewhere else, a teenage boy, about 17 years old named Kiru Orion.
He wasn't your average teen as he was set on one thing: getting sent to another world one way or another.
He did everything he could but made no progress.
Until one night when he went to bed he woke up somewhere completely different, in front of him was what he believed to be:
A Goddess
A real Goddess was in front of him
"I can't believe it.... I'M FINALLY GOING TO BE ABLE TO LIVE THE LIFE I'VE WANTED FOR SO LONG!!" He was very ecstatic
He was then told a bunch of stuff that again you would know if you read the prologue before dropping him on his own which brought the start to his legendary journey
20 years before any of that happened, a halfbeast child was born, his name was Rudin Timpel
There was something about Rudin that nobody else around him knew
He wasn't from here, he was originally born on earth
Due to certain circumstances he had been reborn as a halfbeast in a completely different world
Rudin didn't have it very easy though due to the fact he was someone who no matter what he tried could not learn any sort of magic
So instead he trained his body to make up for everything it couldn't do
For many years he was told a story about three heroes who would one day free the land from evil
And then, she came
An actual goddess had come to talk to him
"You're telling me I'M apart of that prophecy, it helps me understand why I was sent here but what's the point of making me a halfbeast if I can't even learn basic magic?"
She told him "you'll see in due time" and then she disappeared.
After that he left home and ventured off, promising to return a changed man.
That takes us to where we are now: A bunch of losers sent on a quest with little to no instructions
Luff: "Are we there yet, I'm starting to get hungry..."
Rudin: "We've been walking around for almost two hours now, you sure you know where you're going kid?"
Kiru: "Trust me... like i've said.... im..... a total expert" the fatigue in his voice was very clear but the little determination he had inside of him left overpowered it
Rudin: "Maybe we should ask someone for some directions" He said, hoping the teen would give his idea a chance"
Kiru: "Great idea! Look we can ask that lady over there"
The three walk up to the woman
Kiru: "Excuse me miss, would you maybe know where the nearest guild is....."
"Oh you mean the adventurer's guild, its right over there actually!" She pointed not even a few feet away to the tavern with a warm smile on her face, she could clearly see based on their looks and the two younger men's weird looking attire that they were struggling
They all thanked her with all the little energy they had left and went on their way
Kiru: "It may have taken some time.. But we've finally arrived at the adventurer's guild!"
With risen spirits the three prepare to truly begin their journey.
