This novel was not born from a desire to glorify death,
but from the awareness that life is a series of choices —
and that every choice leaves a legacy.
To those who are reading:
If you are struggling, like Ghei —
remember: that sense of emptiness is often temporary,
even when it feels eternal.
If you are a parent, or hope to become one —
remember: children did not ask to be born.
They are a trust, not an outlet for unresolved wounds.
Do not pass on your suffering — pass on the chance to choose better.
If you are uncertain —
doubt is human.
But do not let doubt imprison you forever.
Sometimes, the hardest choice is choosing to move forward
even when you do not know where the road leads.
This novel is not about "how to die."
It is about the awareness that we are free to choose —
and that with freedom comes responsibility:

Ghei chose to stop. That was his choice.
