The morning started like any other at Heroes on Aisle 3, with flickering lights, humming refrigerators, and Vario questioning his life choices while restocking chips.
Bella walked in, phone in hand, staring at the screen with wide eyes. "What… what is this?" she muttered.
Nyx, lounging on a stack of soda boxes, immediately perked up. "What happened? Did someone finally break the internet?"
Bella's hands shook. "I… I'm engaged."
Vario nearly dropped a can of energy drink. "Engaged? To… who?"
Bella scrolled through her phone. "I don't know him. We met at a café yesterday—he asked, I… said yes. I don't even remember his name properly!"
Gallo, who had been doing push-ups in the snack aisle, froze mid-rep. "This… is a test of the universe."
Nyx gasped, pointing her tablet at Bella. "We need footage. This is monumental!"
Bella groaned. "No, Nyx, this isn't funny. I'm engaged to a stranger."
Vario blinked slowly. "So… he just proposed… and you said yes?"
"Yes!" Bella snapped. "He was charming. Polite. Had a cat. And I panicked!"
Gallo shook his head. "Panic or not… chaos is inevitable."
Meanwhile, Nyx whispered conspiratorially to Vario, "This is either going to be amazing content or the end of Aisle 3 as we know it."
The rest of the staff watched in stunned silence as Bella tried to make sense of her sudden engagement.
The automatic doors jingled. Perhaps another new character would arrive… or maybe the universe itself had just upped the stakes.
Bella rubbed her temples. "I don't even know his favorite soda flavor!"
Vario sighed. "Well… welcome to married life?"
Nyx leaned closer to her camera. "Day one of the Engagement Saga. Let's see how long this lasts."
Somewhere in Aisle 3, the shelves trembled. The chaos had only just begun.
