Chapter 65 - Chapter 65 Manato's Team

Besides equipment upgrades, Takeru's Priest skill mastery had at least reached beginner level, with Light Heal and Greater Heal reaching intermediate.

This wasn't just due to Takeru's good talent… mainly, he never ran out of MP and could cast spells constantly.

When low on MP, Takeru would simply convert the others' attacks during training into magic power to replenish himself.

Currently, besides his own MP, Takeru had over four thousand stored MP reserves… essentially inexhaustible.

With Takeru's current magic consumption, he could maintain Greater Heal for four or five hours.

Or cast his Poison Dragon skill over a hundred times consecutively...

Most importantly, if his MP ran low, he just needed to use his Gluttony skill.

However, though Takeru didn't lack MP, had terrifying defense, and decent Spirit, his stamina was still a weak point.

While using Armament Haki and Rokushiki, Takeru couldn't hold on for too long. So while other skills progressed steadily, these improved very slowly.

Takeru felt helpless but knew he still had significant room for improvement...

It's worth mentioning that while Takeru's group thrived, the other special Transmigrators who appeared in this world alongside him also began to gain footing.

Though incomparable to Takeru's team, two small teams barely established themselves.

Only one team hadn't successfully hunted a single goblin in a week, meaning they'd only been surviving on the initial ten silver coins… technically two, since they'd each joined guilds.

They could be called the most unfortunate Transmigrators, though they weren't aware they were Transmigrators.

Considering the Reincarnation Space's rating system, Takeru contacted this team two days ago and recruited them...

Last night, they approached Takeru, agreeing to become his subordinate team.

Today, Takeru informed Yui's group, giving them a day off, while he began training the new team...

After helping them buy slightly better equipment, Takeru took them to the goblin forest.

"Next, I'll fight some goblins. Pay attention to their attack patterns and my responses. Observe their combat methods carefully. Though not highly skilled, they have worth learning aspects."

"Though just goblins, they're similar to humans: intelligent, use weapons, very ferocious, especially in survival instinct, which is comparable to humans. When cornered, their explosive power is greatest."

"Especially you, Manato. As team leader, I hope you always keep a clear head and can quickly devise plans." Looking at the five, Takeru spoke seriously.

"I understand." Hearing Takeru, Manato said earnestly.

Not long after entering the forest, Takeru's high Spirit detected four goblins nearby.

"Follow me. Pay attention to the goblins' attack patterns later." Finding targets, Takeru waved them over, reminding them to watch for ambushes.

Then, Takeru began his demonstration. First, a feint to lure one goblin, kill it.

When the remaining three surrounded him, he fought them using his Priest staff.

To help the others better understand goblin combat, Takeru didn't use excessive strength or speed, engaging them with comparable attributes.

During the fight, Takeru delightedly discovered his combat technique improved slightly, mainly in combat comprehension. This made him more immersed in the goblin fight.

Using Observation Haki to perceive the goblins' swings, surrounds, and thrusts, Takeru instinctively found more perfect responses...

After about seven or eight minutes, facing the goblins' continued attacks, Takeru could gain no more combat experience. He'd completely learned their attack patterns, and with slight movements, he could predict their methods and trajectories...

Seeing no further improvement and having tangled long enough, Takeru showed no more mercy, slightly increasing force to bludgeon the three goblins.

Pocketing the spoils, Takeru returned to the group, met with admiring gazes.

"Next is your turn. I won't intervene. You need to figure out how to kill the goblins… use brute force or strategy." Takeru said directly to them.

"Yes!" Hearing Takeru, Manato and Haruhiro quickly nodded.

Then, Takeru led them to a lone goblin and let them begin their hunt.
