"The third cultivation realm is core formation which is divided into the bronze, silver, golden and some other superior cores like the nine revolutionary core, nirvana flame core, ice breath core and so on. In this realm the core is perfected till the ninth stage to advance further."
"Fourth realm is soul freedom which means as the name suggests. In this realm, our soul broke from the core and gained the freedom to move outside the body and sense the world with their divine senses. This realm has 9 stages and after this, the next realm is called soul transformation. Where the soul is the main focus of cultivation and the body gets the nourishment from each stage and realm advancement. This is also why I disdain such a cultivation path."
