The elder's attention remained on Mireva.
"Cassandra Selfmore is condemned."
"We know."
"She told you why?"
"She told us who Victoria was."
Several elders went still.
Mireva continued before anyone could turn the revelation into spectacle. "She told us she led Just Die through another character. She told us that identity was tied to the Beastslayer program. She also told us Forest Hidden banished every character on her account."
"That is correct."
"Did Forest Hidden condemn Night Espresso for creating the Beastslayer formula?"
"No."
The answer came immediately.
The elder continued. "Night Espresso was not assigned responsibility for creating the formula. Cassandra's condemnation was separate."
Mireva looked around the table. "Then explain it."
