Thud!
The spear pierced straight through the blue goblin's chest, killing it in less than a second.
(Level up…)
"Finally reached level one thousand." Rega let out a long breath and smiled in relief.
It had been about a month since Rega made his debut as a hunter. Today, he finally reached level one thousand while still at Rank 2.
"Alright, time to increase my rank!"
After making sure the area was safe, Rega immediately chose to raise his rank.
Rega's attributes instantly surpassed three thousand points.
His HP and INT nearly reached the astonishing number of four thousand points.
(New skill acquired: Low Appraisal. Current skill level: 0/1000.)
Rega's eyes widened in disbelief as his body trembled with excitement.
"Finally, my third skill! This is what I've been waiting for!" Rega shouted enthusiastically.
Ga?
Rega's shout accidentally caught the attention of a blue goblin that happened to be passing by.
Instead of killing it right away, Rega used his appraisal skill to observe the blue goblin's status.

Race : Blue Goblin
Level : 5
Skill : Punch

Because the skill level was still too low, Rega could only see a small portion of its attributes.
(Skill usage confirmed, skill EXP successfully multiplied!)
(Low Appraisal has been upgraded to Medium Appraisal… Medium Appraisal has been upgraded to High Appraisal.)
"Two levels at once? Not bad." Rega smiled in satisfaction and looked at the blue goblin again to test the difference.
The result surprised him. Rega could now see far more information than he expected, including the exact time the blue goblin was born inside the dungeon.
Aside from its birth date, there were also weaknesses that could be exploited to defeat the blue goblin.
However, with Rega's current strength, he didn't need to know a blue goblin's weaknesses to kill them.
"The blue goblin's level is slightly higher than green goblins, but it's still pretty low compared to other monsters. If it weren't for the system, it might have taken several years to reach Rank 3." Rega felt extremely grateful for having been chosen by the system.
"There's still time. I'll go down and take a look at the third floor." Without wasting any time, Rega descended to the third floor and began hunting the red goblins there.
Because hunters rarely hunted on the third floor, the number of red goblins had increased drastically.
This was actually a serious issue, but the Hunter Association had arranged regular extermination operations to handle the surge in red goblin numbers.
The next cleanup was scheduled for tomorrow, and today the number of red goblins on the third floor had reached a record high.
Rega was unaware of this and still went down to the third floor to hunt. With the Spear Mastery Skill, there shouldn't be any problems as long as he didn't let his guard down while fighting red goblins.

Race : Red Goblin
Level : 10
Skill : Punch, Archery, Mind Communication
---
Rega was slightly shocked when he saw the red goblins' status. The average level of red goblins was around level 10, yet quite a few were level 15, and some even reached level 20.
"Oi, oi, what's going on here? Are they holding some kind of red goblin festival?"
Gaa!
One of the red goblins noticed Rega's presence, shouted, and lunged at him together with fifteen other red goblins.
Rega slaughtered them with his spear.
The red goblins' corpses soon turned into magic crystals that were far more valuable than those dropped by blue goblins.
Rega didn't even have time to breathe in relief, as hundreds of red goblins who had noticed the intruder crazily rushed toward him.
(Kill confirmed, EXP successfully multiplied…)
(Level up, level up, level up.)
Just as expected, the EXP gained from killing red goblins was far higher than that from blue goblins.
Rega had no intention of wasting this opportunity, so he massacred every red goblin that came at him.
Rega only stopped hunting red goblins when the alarm sounded, signaling that curfew was approaching.
"Alright, better continue tomorrow." Rega gathered the scattered magic crystals and hurried home since time was running out.
Rega planned to exchange the magic crystals tomorrow, so it didn't matter even if he didn't earn any income today.
The next day, the team sent by the Hunter Association was puzzled when they descended to the third floor and found only a small number of red goblins.
This discovery was highly unusual, as nothing like this had happened in over three years.
Even so, they carried out their mission and eliminated the remaining red goblins.
Once they finished and exited the Jaran Dungeon, they reported their findings to the higher-ups of the local Hunter Association.
To be continued…
