The leader, annoyed by their interruption, immediately turned his head toward them, intending to give them a good scolding.

However, as soon as his gaze fell on the person they were holding captive — his hands tied behind his back — his eyes widened immediately with surprise and excitement.
He burst into laughter.
"Hahaha. Scarlet Mask reporter, you've finally been caught. Hahaha!"
Shirley, briefly relieved by the interruption, also turned her head to look at the person this leader was talking about.
