Lucian turned her.
Not rough. Just absolutely certain. Like he had been planning exactly how he wanted her and was not wasting another second.
He turned her onto her back fully across the desk. Her head near one end. Her legs pointing toward him where he stood at the other.
He lifted her legs.
Pressed them straight up against his chest.
Looked down at her.
At Sebastian's release leaking out of her onto the desk beneath her. At her chest heaving. At her hair spread everywhere. At her dark eyes looking up at him completely wrecked and still wanting more.
His golden eyes were feral.
Zev not close to the surface anymore.
Zev was the surface.
"Hi," Lucian said.
Lilith laughed despite everything. Broken and breathless and entirely genuine.
"Hi," she managed.
He pushed inside her.
The sound she made was not a word.
