Chapter 1 - Prologue

Chapter 1: Prologue

Year 40 of Konoha.

Outside the delivery room of Konoha Hospital, on a bright and sunny day, several members of the Uchiha Clan stood gathered in the corridor. Each of them wore the proud Uchiha crest, yet their expressions were tense and restless, like ants trapped on a scorching hot pan.

The leader of the Uchiha Clan, Uchiha Fugaku, waited alongside his clansmen. His heart was filled with both anticipation and anxiety as he stood before the tightly closed delivery room doors.

Sweat seeped from Fugaku's palms as he unconsciously tapped his fingers against the wall. He paced back and forth in the corridor, his movements betraying the unease he tried so hard to suppress.

Uchiha Fugaku stared fixedly at the door of the delivery room, as if sheer will alone might allow him to glimpse the condition of his wife, Uchiha Mikoto, and the child who was about to be born.

Fugaku's emotions were tangled and complicated. On one hand, he eagerly awaited the birth of his first child. On the other, he could not stop worrying about Mikoto's safety.

He understood all too well that pregnancy and childbirth carried risks, especially in a world as dangerous as theirs. Yet, despite his status and strength, he could do nothing but stand outside and pray silently for her well being.

Time passed slowly, minute by minute. To Fugaku, every single second felt unbearably long, stretching endlessly as his heart tightened with worry.

"Clan Leader, try not to be so nervous. Watching you pace like that is making me dizzy."

The man who spoke was dressed in a deep blue robe, with the iconic Uchiha fan crest embroidered on its back. Uchiha Hachidai, a man in his prime, spoke with a lighthearted smile.

He had short brown hair and faint brown markings beneath both eyes. He was Fugaku's loyal companion, a capable assistant, and one of the core members of the Konoha Military Police Force leadership.

"Brother Hachidai, please stop teasing me. I truly cannot help being nervous."

Despite being the leader of the Uchiha Clan and the captain of the Konoha Military Police Force, Fugaku was still in his early twenties. Faced with the imminent birth of his first child, even he could not maintain his usual composure.

Suddenly, the delivery room door swung open.

A Medical Ninja stepped out while carefully holding an infant in her arms. She smiled warmly at Fugaku and announced, "Congratulations, Clan Leader. It is a boy. Both mother and child are safe."

Fugaku rushed forward at once, excitement flooding his heart and washing away all previous anxiety.

With trembling hands, he gently accepted the tiny life placed into his arms. The surrounding Uchiha clansmen also gathered closer, gazing at the child with curiosity and joy as they offered their congratulations.

After all, this was the Clan Leader's first child, a child who would one day become the future hope of the Uchiha Clan.

Uchiha Fugaku looked down at the small, red faced, wrinkled infant in his arms. His heart overflowed with a warmth he had never felt before.

At that moment, Fugaku truly understood that he had become a father. A profound sense of happiness and fulfillment spread across his face, softening his usually stern features.

He knew without a doubt that the arrival of this tiny life had completely changed his world.

Meanwhile, far beyond this world, a university student from the twenty first century Blue Star named Mitsuki lived a simple and ordinary life.

Mitsuki was enthusiastic, optimistic, and cheerful by nature. His daily routine was monotonous yet comfortable. He attended classes from morning to evening and struggled through endless exams.

Aside from studying, his only hobbies were watching anime and playing Honor of Kings, although he had quit the game long ago after growing frustrated with the increasingly aggressive monetization by its developers.

On a calm afternoon, Mitsuki sat in front of his dormitory computer as usual, casually browsing Naruto related videos.

While scrolling through the comments, he stumbled upon a particularly outrageous remark from a hater

"Itachi is a beast for killing his entire family."

Mitsuki frowned, irritation bubbling up inside him. Without hesitation, he opened the comment box and fired back.

"Itachi was driven to the brink because everyone remained stubborn even when destruction was imminent. He initially wanted to save the entire clan, but in the end, he could only protect Sasuke alone."

Mitsuki typed out a long and passionate reply, his fingers flying across the keyboard.

However, just as he finished typing and prepared to hit the send button, an intense wave of dizziness suddenly struck him.

His vision darkened instantly. It felt as though an invisible force had wrapped around him, dragging him away and pulling his consciousness into an unknown abyss.

After an indeterminate amount of time, Mitsuki slowly opened his eyes.

He found himself lying in a warm and comfortable cradle, surrounded by an environment that was completely unfamiliar to him.

"blya ba."

Mitsuki tried to speak, but only the indistinct babbling sounds of an infant escaped his mouth.

Confusion flooded his mind. He raised his gaze and saw a pair of tiny hands before his eyes.

Had he turned into a baby?

Standing beside the cradle was a beautiful woman. She gazed down at him tenderly, her eyes filled with gentle affection and unmistakable maternal love.

Seeing her child awaken with a dazed expression, Uchiha Mikoto smiled and walked closer. She lightly shook a rattle drum to tease him.

"Little Mitsuki, you are awake? Are you hungry?"

Hearing the unfamiliar words spoken beside him, Mitsuki turned his head toward the woman. For reasons he could not explain, a strange sense of familiarity welled up within his heart.

Black hair. Black eyes. A gentle and serene smile.

It was the unmistakable appearance of a classic Uchiha beauty from Naruto.

Wait. Uchiha?

Mitsuki's thoughts exploded in shock.

Is this not Uchiha Mikoto, the mother of Itachi and Sasuke?

Could it be that he had transmigrated?

And not just anywhere, but into the dangerously high risk world of Naruto?

Staring at his short arms flailing weakly in the air, the final thread of rationality in Mitsuki's mind snapped completely.

He had read countless Naruto fanfiction stories, yet he had never imagined that such a clichéd transmigration scenario would actually happen to him.

Fortunately, he did not have many attachments in his previous life.

His parents had divorced long ago and each had formed new families, finding happiness of their own. His grandparents on both sides had passed away when he was still young.

Perhaps, starting a new life in this world was not as terrifying as he had initially thought.
