The visit is intended to familiarize the authorized individual with alternate pack structures, leadership styles, and cultural variance without constituting a formal diplomatic mission or negotiation.

IV. Rank Recognition & Conduct Expectations

V. Interaction Parameters with Unranked Members
Unranked Grimholt members are expected to:

- Avoid initiating unnecessary interaction
- Defer in shared spaces when appropriate
These parameters exist to minimize social friction, prevent misinterpretation of intent, and protect unranked members from inadvertent political exposure.
Note:
Unranked members retain no authority to challenge, restrict, or question the presence of authorized visitors.
Perceived discomfort does not constitute a violation unless accompanied by explicit misconduct.
Emotional responses, scent reactions, or instinctive unease are not, in isolation, grounds for escalation.
VI. Oversight & Monitoring

- Intervention only upon protocol violation
Crowe is authorized to observe without disclosure, record without commentary, and intervene solely where thresholds are crossed. Observation alone does not warrant action, report, or corrective measure.
All notes taken during this clearance window are considered internal and subject to later review if required.
VII. Duration, Extension & Revocation
Clearance expires automatically after 72 hours
Extensions require Alpha approval or demonstrated diplomatic benefit
Clearance may be revoked at any time without disclosure of cause
Revocation does not require explanation to visiting parties and may be enacted to preserve pack stability, security, or political neutrality.
VIII. Internal Note on Pack Stability
Allied visitors are presumed to be acting in good faith.
Any internal discomfort, disruption, or emotional response arising from their presence is to be managed internally, without escalation, to preserve inter-pack relations.
Internal management includes reassignment, supervision, or temporary withdrawal of vulnerable pack members as deemed necessary by administration.
