But then, some part of the castle exploded, causing the whole castle to tremble. The crew quickly ran back to the outside of the castle. The sky is pitch black, strong wind blew, some part of the castle was torn away and swept to outer space. Breathing also becomes hard due to the strong winds, the crew tried their best to steady their body. The atmosphere is also unusually cold, a shiver ran down the crew's spine.
"What the heck is happening out here?" asked Albur.
"The Earth's core, it must be near fully drained..." muttered Johnson.
"Let's get to the front yard! Fast!" said Mysty.
The crew saw a lot of satellite dish looking devices firing electricity and shutting down constantly, the electric rays formed a capture net on Commander Glitch, he broke them without much effort but other devices fired capture nets on him after the previous one was broke.
"What's going on here?" Johnson asked on of the soldiers.
"We are trying to stop Commander Glitch from moving by using the electric capture nets, there's a total 1000 of them here, his powers are too strong, even all capture nets combined, he will break it without much effort, we could only use them one by one to prevent him from moving so they could cooldown and fire again, how is the generator destroying going?"
"We already destroyed it, no more physical glitches will spawn."
"That's good news."
"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!"
Commander Glitch roared, he broke the capture net which is currently strapped to him and fired electric rays everywhere, destroying every capture net device and corrupting them before creating black holes. The jets could hardly steady their flight, they threw black hole killing devices, but just as the black holes vanished, Commander Glitch fired numerous glitch bullets which destroyed all jets and creating tons of black holes. The tanks split into two groups, one fired black hole killing at the black holes in the sky, one team continued to attack Commander Glitch. He breathed metal melting smoke at them, destroying them all.
Commander Glitch stopped attacking, knowing that the attacks are not enough to hurt him. He slowly floated to the castle's energy absorber, the absorber already absorbed 65% of the Earth's power. He chuckled in delight. He then broke the glass of the control room, he reached out to the blazing orange orb, he laughed as he looked at it, he inserted it into the remaining bracelet, the bracelets then opened, Johnson's alarm went off once and once again, but this time, it burst, meaning the glitch power it detected is already ridiculously high.
Commander Glitch chuckled, slowly it turned into laugh, he looked at his hands.
"Finally...its been too long.....I could use my full potential.....AGAIN!"
"Oh..."
Covie covered Johnson's mouth.
The militaries started retreating, knowing they could no longer fend him off easily. The crew looked at Commander Glitch, shocked.
Commander Glitch looked at the ground, he raised both of his hands and smashed the ground, the ground was split in half, volcanoes erupted one by one as the crack goes on. At last, the ground was split in half, hot molten lava is seen. The shockwave sent the crew and the military flying and the castle cracked.
The militaries started retreating, leaving the crew there. Commander Glitch laughed, the glitches begun grinning.
"Reporting to the top brass! CG have gone way too powerful! We should retreat! Sent the Earth escaping spaceships! We must leave Earth now!"
The military guys yelled at their walkie talkies.
The crew stared at the sea of flames before them. The boiling lava beneath their feet made their face red. The black ashes rained down the sky, the Earth looks like nothing but hell.
"What should we do...he...got back his full potential..." murmured Mysty.
Johnson begun to to tremble, this kind of glitch with this kind of power have already surpass his knowledge, he don't know how would the crew will be able to beat him or even survive one move of him.
"Folks....I don't think we should continue fighting him....." muttered Johnson.
The others stayed silent, no one made a sound.
"Its over...Commander Glitch have gained insane powers....he is more of a god than a normal being.....we really should run...."
Then, spaceships that are built for escaping Earth landed nearby the ruined castle, soldiers retreated, a soldier rushed to the crew.
"GWC! You've got to come with us now! Commander Glitch is way to powerful now! We should run! There's no hope of beating him!" said the soldier.
The crew met eyes, they looked at the laughing glitches and Commander Glitch who is grinning evilly, they gulped, turned around and followed the soldier. The crew stepped into the spaceship, the glitches looked at the spaceship, some wanted to attack, but Commander Glitch stopped them.
"Let them escape, we will get to the somehow in the future...." he said.
Albur stepped further into the spaceship, but then, he hesitated.
He looked at Commander Glitch.
He remembered the cities he destroyed, he thought of something.
The lives he would kill afterwards,
More planets would suffer their fate afterwards,
and ultimately the universe would perish.
Albur grabbed his rifle, and activated power slot 3. Mysty noticed his actions,
"Albur? What are you doing?"
Albur's fist clenched very hard, arguing over 2 option, he sighed, heavily.
"You guys go...." he said.
The crew was shocked by him, Johnson stepped forward and pushed him.
"You don't freaking go to face him and do dramatic stuff! He isn't any normal glitch captain or general! You better go into the spaceship now and forget about this whole thing! " he yelled.
"So? We could be happy ever after?" Albur turned around.
"You didn't hear their plan? First solar system, then the milky way, next the universe, and finally the multiverse. Its just a matter of time he could come and destroy us! Commander Glitch's powers could easily wipeout planets! He could even become stronger over time! "
"So? Your attempts o hurt him won't do ANYTHING! He would still conquer the solar system! And next the moldy way! And uni- multi- yada yada! You fighting him will do nothing but sacrifice! If you escape with us at least we could live on like normal for a while, DON'T risk your life to do something stupid!" yelled Johnson.
"Well aren't you a glitch killing expert that bet on your life you kill all glitches?!"
"I'm not stupid like you! I want to live! And you don't go be a hero and die!"
Albur looked at his rifle's slot 3.
"There must be a reason Harry said this flash drive is the key to kill him, if not why he never make stuff to kill him when he one day escaped the box? I believe this really could do something..."
"I don't give a crap! Its not worth risking your life! YOU HEAR ME!?"
"Albur, stop being stupid! Just escape with us!" yelled Mysty.
Albur still turned around.
"I just want to try if this thing could do even a little thing to Commander Glitch to at least slow them down. Before he becomes even stronger in the future....."
"Stop being stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said come with us then come with us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Johnson grabbed Albur, Albur broke free from the grasp, Johnson tried to grab him again but Albur raised his rifle at him, he stopped, slowly backing off.
"Ok, I am being stubborn! I am being stupid! My try may be the worst mistake I have done, but at least give it a try! If you never try, you never know whether it will work! Harry said this is the key to defeat him must have be for a reason!!" yelled Albur.
The crew was shocked. Albur sighed as he lowered his rifle, he looked at the ruins of the castle, he took a hyper gem with him, he then slowly walked towards the glitches.
"This might be a throw, a mistake I would make, but at least, I tried. Please, just do me a favor, let me try out...."
Albur turned around, he stepped down the spaceship, and reloaded his rifle.
"That bucko..."
"That's not the same Albur I knew.....what have he gone through?"
Albur paused for a second, he gripped his rifle even harder.
"I have gone through nothing, I'm just being stupid."
Albur continued to walk. Leaving the crew staring at him, mouth opened.
Albur stopped walking, he took out his microphone and smashed it on the ground, causing a loud voice feedback. The glitches looked at him, Commander Glitch stared at him, his emotion quickly shifted from joy to anger.
"Oh would you look at that, that Harry guy is here...looking for hell's gate...." Commander Glitch cracked his knuckles, which sent a gust of wind, slightly pushing Albur back.
Albur adjusted his glasses. Although he knew this was definitely a suicide decision, he still raised his rifle, aiming at the glitches.
Commander Glitch scoffed.
Commander Glitch smashed the ground, sending a powerful shockwave. Albur steadied himself to avoid being blown away. He fired Virus Corruption at the notch. Commander Glitch simply blocked it with his hand.
He ordered the glitches to kill him.
The glitches swarmed toward him. Albur fired at every glitch that got near him. He took out the flash drive from the rifle and used it as a melee weapon to dissolve the glitches that came close. Commander Glitch scoffed as he fired an orb at him. Albur hopped away to dodge it and killed the black hole that emerged after the explosion. He continued to fire, but every bullet deflected.
Albur still didn't want to give up. He picked up the space distortion nullify device from the ruins of the military tanks. He attached the device onto the rifle and fired Virus Corruption at Commander Glitch, yet he still didn't appear to move even a slight bit.
Albur continued to dodge. Commander Glitch used his telekinesis powers and threw boulders at him. He blasted the boulders using the rifle. The glitches tried to use the distraction gap to get near him, but Albur was still able to fend them off.
But just as Albur was about to fire a charged-up Virus Corruption, a glitch suddenly smashed his head with a metal scrap.
"Sneak attack!"
The glitch entered Albur's body. Albur slowly felt his mind becoming dizzy. His vision started to blur and glitch.
"Heh, overconfident little brat..."
Albur tried to reach out to his rifle, but the other glitches kicked the rifle away. Albur felt that he could no longer control his body. At last, he collapsed.
The glitches took control of Albur's body. Another glitch took out the computer virus flash drive and prepared to destroy it.
Albur's eyes widened.
"No..."
"Pow!"
A bullet pierced through the glitch's body, making it let go of the flash drive and slowly dissolve.
More GK bullets hit Albur's head, causing the glitch inside him to dissolve. Albur woke up and looked around him.
Commander Glitch grunted and fired more orbs at Albur, but then someone grabbed Albur and started running.
Albur's vision became clear. He looked at what was carrying him.
Turns out, it was Mysty.
"Mysty? What the heck are you doing here?"
"Shut up! I couldn't just leave you here to do stupid things! You better be grateful!" Mysty yelled.
Commander Glitch growled angrily. He fired lightning rays at the two of them. They barely dodged.
"Why is there always ants coming to ruin the plan?! Is there a script or something?!"
Commander Glitch then fired a laser beam at them. The explosion caused the two of them to fall onto the ground.
Albur fended off the glitches that came near them and slowly stood up.
But then, swarms of glitches poured into the ruins of the broken robots. They joined together and formed another amalgamation.
"You've got to be kidding!"
But then, bullets flew towards the amalgamation. A huge slash cut the amalgamation in half, making it explode.
Albur and Mysty looked toward the source.
It was Johnson and Covie.
"I will only do this stupid thing for you this ONCE! No more next time!" he yelled.
Commander Glitch yelled in anger again. He ordered the glitches to attack.
The crew fought back and managed to wipe out the incoming glitches.
"Next time stop doing useless dramatic stuff! You are NOT the protagonist! And you never will be!"
"What, what do you mean? No wait! How are you all going to escape? I told you not to come down with me!"
"Shut up Albur, before we kick your butt for your stupid stubbornness!"
Commander Glitch smashed the ground beneath them, sending cracks everywhere.
The crack tore the Earth apart, making a huge chunk of the planet detach from it.
Commander Glitch then fired even more orbs.
The orbs ripped through the surface of the planet. Continents shattered. Oceans burst apart. Entire landmasses were reduced to debris.
The crew was sent flying multiple times as numerous mini black holes formed around them. But then, black-hole-killing devices destroyed the black holes. Smoke bombs blinded Commander Glitch.
The crew looked up.
The escaping spaceships were above them, their hatches opened, revealing the asteroid-destroying lasers.
"Why don't you all just....."
"SHUT UP! NO ONE ASKED FOR YOUR OPINIONS!" the crew yelled at Albur.
"But.....you don't have to...." murmured Albur.
"We were meant to be a team! What nonsense are you talking about?!" shouted Mysty.
"Die together or live together....I won't fly solo no more so you don't be like me!" said Johnson.
"Your action sometimes are infuriating, but it make sense." Said Covie.
Albur stopped talking. He looked at the crew. Even after everything, they still came back. He slowly smiled, the crew reloaded their weapons and looked at Commander Glitch. Albur picked up the virus and inserted it back into his rifle.
