Chapter 1 - Prologue — The Day the World Went Dark

Prologue — The Day the World Went Dark

For hundreds of years, the world had no power.

Humans lived ordinary lives—working, aging, dying—until one day

Year 31/01/2026

Without warning… the world went dark.

Not night.Not clouds.Not an eclipse.

Complete darkness.

Across the entire planet, light vanished as if someone had reached down and switched the sun off. Cities froze mid-motion. Planes trembled in the sky. Hospitals fell silent. Streets erupted into screams.

People panicked.

"Is this the end of the world?""Are we all going to die?""What's happening—someone tell me what's happening!""I'm not ready to die… I didn't even get married yet!""Please… please tell me this is just a solar eclipse!"

Prayers were whispered.Screams were shouted. And despair spread faster than fire.

For thirty minutes, humanity was blind.

Then—slowly—the light returned.

The sun rose again, bathing the world in gold.

Relief flooded the streets.

People laughed. Cried. Fell to their knees.

But that relief lasted only seconds.

Because when the world became visible again… everything had changed.

Across continents, oceans, deserts, and cities, two colossal gates had appeared.

They towered over mountains, dwarfing skyscrapers, impossible to ignore.

One shone emerald green, calm and ancient. The other burned crimson red, violent and oppressive.

No matter where one stood on Earth, at least one gate could be seen in the distance.

The world watched.

And then something appeared above the red gates.

A countdown.

365 : 00 : 00 : 00

A cooldown.

Every second, it ticked down.

No one knew what it meant. No one knew what would happen when it reached zero.

Scientists failed to explain it.Governments hid what they couldn't control.Religions called it judgment.

Humanity waited.

Exactly one year later, the countdown reached zero.

And hell arrived.

The Red Gates burst open.

From them poured creatures beyond imagination—monsters of claws, fangs, scales, fire, and shadow. Millions of them surged into the world like a living tide.

Cities fell within hours.Weapons were useless.Bullets bounced. Missiles barely slowed them.

Humanity was slaughtered.

Entire countries disappeared in days.

The strong survived only by running. The weak never stood a chance.

That year became known as The First Red Calamity.

More than half of the world's population died.

And then—just as suddenly as it began—the Red Gates closed.

Another countdown appeared.

365 days.

Humanity realized the truth too late.

The Red Gates were not a one-time disaster. They were a recurring extinction event.

Desperation drove people toward the Green Gates.

Unlike the Red Gates, they did not unleash destruction. They waited.

Those who entered were transported to an endless forest—a world so vast that even if the entire Earth were placed inside it, it would feel like a single drop in an infinite sea.

Most never returned.

But those who did… returned changed.

They had awakened powers.

Superhuman strength.Elemental abilities.Talents that defied logic.

These survivors became the first awakened humans.

They learned the rules through blood and death:

Only by surviving the Green Gate could one awaken power.

Awakening required youth, adaptability, and will.

Strength was no longer optional—it was survival.

These early awakened fought back against the monsters when the Red Gates opened again.

They died by the thousands.

But for the first time… humanity resisted.

Years turned into decades.Decades into centuries.

Human civilization reshaped itself around the gates.

Guilds were formed.Awakening trials were standardized.Children were trained from birth.

By the time the world reached Year 2230, survival was no longer a miracle.

It was a system.

A cruel one.

And in that year—near one of the Green Gates—

A baby was found.

His parents lay dead beside him.

Their bodies told a silent story:They had fought. They had endured. They had given everything to protect him.

Not a single wound marked the child.

An adventurer discovered the baby… and carried him away.

they weren't aware or didn't notice the baby had something in his small mouth it was something green something that looks like cloud ... it looks same as the emerald green gate....
