The Journey Beyond The Absolute
Absolute Pinnacle Sovereign Apex?
My eyes widen in shock, overwhelmed by the realization that it has been some time since Ive faced an opponent who comes is stronger me. The memories of past battles race through my mind confrontations with titans and mythical beings that molded me into who I am today. Yet, standing before me is Azrael Thorne, a name that resonates with both fear and reverence. With a calm demeanor that belies the intensity of our engagement, he coolly remarks, "Is that so?" before unleashing a fierce kick aimed directly at my legs.
I say darkly "Such strength." In that instant, the impact sends me crashing down, spiraling through an absolute infinite number of the vast expanse the Omnistratum where dimensions overlap and reality bends. My body hits the ground hard, the jarring force radiating through my entire being. I instinctively clutch my bleeding knee, feeling the sting of pain and the taste of blood on my lips.
"Youre pretty tough," I mutter darkly, fighting through the haze of pain, determined to stand my ground.
His expression remains unchanged, as he replies lightly, "Theres more!" With those words, he unleashes a rapidfire barrage of punches aimed squarely at my face, each shattering a absolute infinite number of the Omnistratum.
"Your speed is lacking," I retort, sidestepping the attack with practiced agility. I seize the opportunity to counterattack, directing a punishing punch to his gut. To my astonishment, this sends him spiraling through the absolute infinite layers of the Omnistratum, displacing reality itself as he tumbles away.
"Are you sure about that?" he replies, laughter dancing on his lips as he recovers, seemingly unfazed. My punches hardly faze him, as if I had merely tickled him. A wave of shock washes over me.
"Huh?" I exclaim, my thoughts racing. In an instant, a small cut manifests on my cheek, blood immediately seeping from the wound. I clutch the injury, realizing with horror just how gravely I underestimated him. "I thought you merely possessed overwhelming power, but thats not all. Youre even faster than I anticipated. That mistake wont happen again," I vow with newfound seriousness.
Laughter erupts from Azrael Thorne, rich and mocking. "Hahaha! Thats right! Now, where were we?" Then, without warning, he seizes my neck and lifts me off the ground with effortless power, as if I were nothing more than a feather.
"Do you honestly think Ill make this easy for you?" I say darkly, channeling every ounce of will as I grab his arm and twist my body in a deliberate maneuver to escape his grip. This time, I have mentally prepared myself for such an eventuality.
"Oh? Is that so?" he replies, feigning curiosity, his calmness unnerving me.
"Why do you sound so nonchalant about this?" I question, suspicion tinging my voice. "Are you holding back something from me?"
A grin spreads across his face, filled with arrogance. "I see youve figured it out yes, indeed! I havent even tapped into my abilities yet. Do you know why? Its because youre weak." The assertion hangs in the air, heavy with the weight of condescension.
"Maybe," I reply darkly, the fire of defiance igniting within me. "But weakness can lead to evolution."
"Is that so? Huh," he says coolly, eyes narrowing with intrigue. "Then show me what you can do."
"Very well," I respond with steely determination, taunting him with a pointed finger. "Prepare yourself Ill show you my evolution."
"Alright, then," he concedes nonchalantly, throwing a punch at my gut with such force that it sends me through the absolute infinite number of the Omnistratum once again.
"Nice try, though," I manage to say, my voice low and resolved amidst the chaos. "But I noticed you always target my right side throughout this battle." With that thought in mind, I pivot to the right, launching a punch straight toward his face.
"Well see about that," he asserts, meeting my challenge head on by throwing his own punch in retaliation, targeted directly at my face.
"You hit hard," I acknowledge darkly as I brace myself. "But Im a fast learner." My reflexes kick in I block his punch, though the impact sends me hurtling through a absolute infinite number of the Omnistratum, blood streaming down from my now battered nose.
"Well see about that," he states again, his tone stoic as he withstands my punch like nothing, and as he prepares his next move. He swings a devastating punch that connects solidly with my face, launching me yet again into the absolute infinite number of the Omnistratum.
"Lets see how you fare against this," I say darkly, fighting back the pain that threatens to overwhelm me. I raise my hands above my head, summoning my remaining strength, channeling the blood that runs freely down my face into a massive ball of dark energy interwoven with shimmering white essence. Covering a absolute infinite number of the Omnistratum. The daunting blend of darkness and light coalesces into a tormented orb, representing Oblivion of Absolutes. "This ignores all concepts!" In one fierce motion, I hurl it down toward him, unleashing its destructive potential with the hope that it will obliterate him in a cataclysmic clash.
"How interesting," he replies calmly, to my disbelief, as he effortlessly stops the attack with just one hand and shatters it like fragile glass.
My eyes widen in shock. "But how did you"
"Its simple, really," he interrupts, an amused smile playing on his lips. "To overcome something that disregards all concepts, I merely transcended the concept of ignoring all concepts." His gaze sharpens, a sinister glint sparkling in his eyes. "Now, its my turn. Do you know what that means, little one? This is where you will meet your end." With a swift, calculated motion, he cuts off my arm, the pain striking me with a brutality that sends shock waves through my entire being. "Im a bit rusty I missed. Next time, I wont."
"Pain like this wont hold me back," I grit out defiantly, even as I clutch my bloody, missing arm. "Ive endured much worse. I cant regenerate in this form, so youve used clever tactics against me. Ill admit, that was exceptionally strategic. But how did you figure it all out?"
He studies me, eyes narrowing with intrigue. "Interesting... You didnt regenerate after your last evolution. Something Ive heard your known for."
With a fierce determination amidst the agony, I clutch the bleeding stump of my arm, meeting his cold gaze. "Thats the price of Absolute Pinnacle," I respond bitterly, prepared to face whatever challenges lie ahead.
"And I assume each form has its own cost?" he inquires, his eyes glinting with calculated curiosity, poised for the next move in our intense deadly dance.
With a dark and grim tone, I reply, "Correct. Max Absolute Pinnacle has taken my ability to feel pain, transforming me into a creature devoid of any true sensation. My True Absolute Pinnacle has cut off some of my stamina I once possessed, leaving me feeling fatigued and drained. And then, theres the Absolute Pinnacle of Indomitable Resolve, which has robbed me of my regenerative capabilities. The consequences of assuming this form weigh heavily on me, yet they pulse within me like a fever. I inhale sharply, feeling the burden of this transformation each moment in this state is extracted from the vitality I can no longer restore."
Azrael Thorne responds with a serene demeanor, saying, "Lets see what youve got, then."
In a darkly playful tone, I challenge, "Whats the matter? Are you afraid to attack? Whats holding you back?"
Azrael Thorne maintains his calmness. "Not at all," he retorts as he launches a fierce punch toward my gut. His strike seems to come from an absolute infinite number of the Omnistratum, and a seemingly endless barrage meant to overwhelm.
With a heavy resolve, I declare, "Thanks to you, I think I understand perfectly well now." I catch his powerful fist effortlessly with my hand. In that instant, a transformation occurs my eyes glow a piercing yellow, my cloak shifts to a brilliant white, and my pupils become black, accented with a strand of bright yellow. My pants morph to an intense shade of pure black. An extraordinary aura of yellow and black envelops my being, majestic and fierce. "I shall call this transformation Absolute Pinnacle Sovereign Apex," I announce with great pride.
Azrael Thorne, still exuding calmness, asks, "What did you sacrifice this time?"
I answer darkly, "The price I paid was my blood more specifically, my very cells."
Azrael Thorne says shocked, His eyes widen in disbelief as he responds, "Youre crazy! I never would have guessed you would sacrifice so much just to win."
With a steely gaze, I state, "What can I say? I have an aversion to losing. In this battle, its clear its either I come out victorious or I become something worse than a failure. So, come at me with everything youve got."
"Take this!" Azrael Thorne exclaims as he attempts to strike again, punching my gut with the force of shattering an absolute infinite number of the Omnistratum, each blow striking with the weight of reality itself.
I retort darkly, "Is that really all youve got?" I stand my ground, his powerful attack merely grazing me, scarcely moving me.
Azraels eyes widen in astonishment as he gasps, "How did you become so strong, so quickly?"
With a smirk and a sense of confidence, I reply, "Because Im a fast learner, now its my turn." Inner thoughts I can feel my cells slowly dying from just the punch. With beyond absolute infinite itself speed, I launch into action, delivering a punch that sends him spiraling through a beyond absolute infinite number of the Omnistratum.
Still maintaining his composure despite the severe pain, Azrael clutches his bleeding gut. "You are indeed stronger now I can feel it," he admits, looking at me with begrudging respect.
I cant help but tease, "Impressive that you still manage to stay composed after enduring such pain. Your willpower is stronger than I ever anticipated."
"True, you hit very hard I will concede that," Azrael acknowledges, "but now, I think its time for my ace in the hole." He raises a hand toward the sky, activating his formidable Anti Transcendence.
I feel a rush of shock course through my body. "So thats what youve been hiding from me all along, huh?" Before I can even react, I find myself reverted to my base form in an instant, stripped of my heightened abilities.
"Indeed," he replies coolly. "Its my ability to anti transcend anyone I choose."
With a newfound clarity, I whisper, "I see what I must do now. I have to surpass that very concept itself." The determination surges within me as I prepare to confront whatever lies ahead.
