[Hawaii]
[A Deserted Island]
A figure descended from the sky and landed on the island, startling a flock of birds into flight.
Homelander looked around, nodded in satisfaction, then took out three items from his inventory.
Curse Stones.
They looked like crystals, but unlike in the movie, black mist rose from all three Curse Stones, occasionally forming blurry figures.
[Curse Stone (Warrior): Can summon a Cursed Warrior transformed from a Dark Elf warrior. The Cursed Warrior will fight for you indefinitely and can be recalled. In theory, it can be used an unlimited number of times. However, any injuries or death suffered by the Cursed Warrior are permanent. Once it is severely injured or dies, the Curse Stone will completely shatter and can no longer summon the Cursed Warrior.]
[Curse Stone (General): Same as above.]
Homelander shrugged and lightly crushed one of the Curse Stones.
The black crystal immediately turned into black smoke.
The smoke seemed to have weight. It flowed downward and formed a whirlpool on the grass.
A figure rose from the black whirlpool.
It was a Cursed Warrior transformed from a Dark Elf warrior. As soon as it appeared, the surrounding grass and plants immediately began to wither.
Unfortunately, it was a man.
Homelander then summoned the second Cursed Warrior and the only Cursed General.
To his disappointment, all three Cursed Warriors were male.
Still disappointed, Homelander cast Eye of Truth on them and found that a Cursed Warrior was about as strong as Thor without Mjolnir, while the Cursed General was stronger than Thor wielding Mjolnir.
"Not bad."
Homelander reached out, and the Cursed Warriors and Cursed General turned back into black smoke, returning to his hand as three Curse Stones.
"Looks like this won't work either."
"The Cursed Warriors are all men."
"Is my She-Hulk Gene Enhancement Capsule really going to end up as decoration?"
Homelander put away the Curse Stones and could only set the capsule aside for now.
Maybe in the future, he would obtain a powerful summoned character and let them use the capsule to gain even greater support.
Next, he opened the shop to check the newly refreshed items.

[Amazon Warhorse: A warhorse with an excellent bloodline. Great endurance, fast speed, and high loyalty.]
[Price: Proficiency Essence ×1]
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
"..."
"Seriously? They're even selling warhorses now."
"What am I supposed to do with one? Keep it as a pet?"
Homelander complained before continuing.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
[Parademon Rifle: The standard weapon of the Apokolips army. An energy weapon with powerful beam penetration.]
[Price: Proficiency Essence ×1]
———
[Stinger Armor: The armor of the Apokolips commander Steppenwolf. Strong defensive ability with some offensive capability. Highly effective at intercepting flying objects.]
[Price: Proficiency Essence ×30]
[Note: This item is eligible for the Steppenwolf-related item discount.]
———
[Atlantean Noble Gene Capsule]
[Atlantean Royal Gene Capsule]
[Aquaman Arthur Gene Enhancement Capsule]
[The Flash Barry Allen Gene Capsule]
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Homelander wasn't interested in any of them.
The gene capsules here would replace the user's original genes, making the Atlantean Noble and Royal Gene Capsules fairly useless.
Only the Flash's gene seemed somewhat useful. Using the Speed Force to travel back through time was definitely cool, but Homelander would never trade his current talents for the Speed Force.
As for Aquaman's, it was a gene enhancement capsule. It could insert a new gene sequence without replacing the original one, giving an extra boost.
Still, Arthur was only about as strong as Orm. Enhancing his genes wouldn't increase Homelander's strength by much.
The Proficiency Essence needed to buy it would probably give a much bigger improvement if used for enhancement instead.
As Homelander kept scrolling, he finally found something that caught his attention.

[Fang of Destruction: After Steppenwolf's Electro Axe was modified by the Mother Box, its power reached a new level, allowing it to enter the ranks of divine weapons.]
[Trait 1: Divine Edge! Fang of Destruction is unbelievably sharp, easily cutting through steel. When it clashes with other weapons, any weapon or equipment below the level of a divine weapon will be destroyed. When striking another divine weapon, it leaves damage that is difficult to repair. Once enough damage builds up, there is a chance the opposing divine weapon will permanently lose one of its abilities.]
[Trait 2: Crimson Gold Lightning! After being modified by the Mother Box, Fang of Destruction can release more powerful crimson-gold lightning. Every attack also carries Crimson Gold Lightning damage.]
[Trait 3: Destruction Thunder! Condenses a massive amount of crimson-gold lightning into a devastating attack. After use, it has a 10-hour cooldown.]
[Price: Multiverse Crystal ×40]
[Note: This item is eligible for the Steppenwolf-related item discount.]
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
"This one's good."
"All three traits are useful."
"It's not as good as Vera's boots, but it's at least more reliable than Mjolnir."
Homelander nodded slightly, "The first trait. The part about cutting through weapons can be ignored. The important part is that it can build up damage until a divine weapon permanently loses one of its abilities."
"That's very useful."
"The second trait isn't anything special, but for me, I can use the Crimson Gold Lightning to activate the hidden power of the Bracers of Hercules."
"The third trait is an ultimate move. Since it has a cooldown, that means it uses the Fang of Destruction's own power instead of mine."
"But most importantly, because of the discount, it costs the same as Mjolnir."
Homelander checked his Multiverse Crystals.
He now had twenty-eight.
More than enough.
Without hesitation, he focused on Fang of Destruction and chose to exchange for it.
A moment later, a silver battle axe with a powerful design appeared in his hand. Crimson-gold lightning flickered across its surface from time to time.
Even when Steppenwolf, who stood over four meters tall, held this battle axe, it didn't look small.
Now that Homelander was holding it, it looked like a giant axe.
The visual impact was tremendous.
Homelander nodded, very satisfied with both the appearance and abilities of the Fang of Destruction.
He stored it in his inventory for the time being.
Just then, he noticed one more item in the shop.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
[Darkhold Page - Fallen Black Mist: A corruption-type spell. This spell creates a mass of pitch-black fog that covers a wide area. Within its range, intelligent life will gradually fall into corruption, becoming slaves to their desires and easier to manipulate. Fallen Black Mist is usually used to support another corruption spell, Seed of Desire, making it much easier for the Seed of Desire to take root and bloom.]
[Price: Proficiency Essence ×40]
[Note: The Darkhold is one of the most hated and cursed objects in the Multiverse. The more pages you collect, the more expensive they become. Please purchase with caution.]
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
"A page from the Darkhold?"
Homelander frowned slightly.
To be honest, judging from the description alone, the spell didn't seem particularly useful.
But it served as support for another corruption spell, allowing Seed of Desire to take effect more quickly.
Although he didn't know what Seed of Desire could do, once he missed a Darkhold page, it might never appear in the shop again.
And the price was still acceptable.
After a brief moment of hesitation, Homelander bought the page.
