"How do you want him to die?"
It was not a question, but a decree that had been imprinted on the future by Miles.
Slightly startled, Carolina stared at his cold gaze directed at her husband, recalling the scenes of his arrival—him threatening the surgeon before she was put under anesthesia, and now, mysteriously all healed while standing mighty, about to judge how her husband would pass on. Tears rolled down her eyes.
"…Thank you," she said after about a minute of silent crying.
"It's okay…" Miles stepped closer and wiped her eyes. "…You're officially one of my own. I'm sorry you had to go through all this."
There was another bout of warming silence before they both disengaged.
Carolina's eyes turned vicious and furious as she stared at her husband, recalling how he had tried to harm her daughter and beat her to a pulp.
"I wish you would die in the worst, most horrifying way ever." She spoke this curse in the most venomous and hateful way her heart could muster.
