Chapter 73: The First Rebellion
The connection with the Banyan tree had snapped. The shared senses had collapsed and there were two very good reasons for that.
One: Blake's sudden attack caught them by surprise. It almost caused a sudden jolt or surge of emotions due to which the connection weakened.
Second: Mimasma was extremely tired. She had accumulated a large amount of fatigue not only because Blake's location was too far, but also because she had to share senses with her second skill to many.
However, everyone felt an unnatural pull of their senses back into their own bodies without warning and this sudden shift left them almost disoriented.
The shaman staggered slightly as her breath remained uneven for a couple of seconds. She placed her hand against her chest in an attempt to steady herself.
