Chapter 8
Today I was getting ready not just for school but also our business and to tell Kuya the truth. If all goes well we will have another great deal and I would not have to be engaged to Yuri any more. I mean even if unwanted I am engaged to him and in relation with someone else in this situation both me and Keifer would be questioned and he will be a victim. When it is actually opposite. I just hope everything goes well.
Thank god today Yuri didn't come to pick me up. But Kuya dropped me today and I bought formal clothes with me we will go directly from school. Kuya' s car almost crashed to someone's car and that someone was one and only Mark Keifer Watson and then he winked at me and Kuya was staring at him with blank expression. Then Kuya told me not to do mischievous stuff today and to be on time. And the I went to classroom with Keifer.
We were walking and talking. I wanted to tell him about the workshop but I didn't want Yuri to know. Just then Keifer asked me if I wanted to say something. He knows better than anyone.
Keifer " what are you thinking tell me is there any problem"
JayJay" No, there is no problem. But will you promise me something. If I tell you stuff you will not tell it to anyone not even Yuri."
Keifer " i promise you I won't tell it to any body not even Yuri"
JayJay " i am going somewhere very important today with Kuya if everything goes well I will free from this unwanted engagement. Please keep it a secret for now"
Keifer" Don't worry I won't tell anyone anything"
Today I behaved like a good girl and just kept quiet. Everyone was staring at me like i am an alien. And I got to know that they have some fight competition with section a boys.
JayJay " what the he'll are you all crazy. You do know that they will never play fair they would call section D when they think they are losing"
But today I have no time to deal with all of this and soon school got over and I changed my clothes in the washroom. I wore a formal lilac colored shirt and white pants and hair were up in one pony. And soon Kuya arrived and I went with him. I and all the stuff in my fluffy purple tote bag. Soon we reached the location.
Angelo's POV
Today I am seeing form of my cousin JayJay that i never saw. When we reached the location it was amazing like if you say i have great connections but this was even better than those like if my connections were gold hers were platinum.
As we entered there we met Katyayani and she took us inside and helped us and with a good presentation that JayAjy prepared we were able secure good connections and a better deal than Hanamitchi's.
We were going back but I had some questions in my mind like why did she asked me to not to tell anyone about this. As if she knows something that I should know too.
Angelo" I didn't knew that you had such connections. Should I tell Hanamitchi's that we have secured a better deal than theres"
JayJay ( immediately cutting in between)" No , Kuya don't tell it to anybody and I am already part of High Culture society not everybody gets a welcome three sooo...."
Angelo" what do you mean? What are you hiding . Did something happen. Did Yuri do something?"
(In his mind why is it so difficult for her to share her problems)
JayJay(takes a deep breath and says everything in one breath) Kuya I once got got hold of Lolo's (grandpa) personal diary according to that Hanamitchi's are our business enemy. Fer Corp was rivaling their business once upon a time. Our Lolo's death is not an accident. He was attacked days before his death and next thing we have moles inside the business."(she then exhales)
I put a break with full force that makes her jerk forward.
Angelo " how do you know this and what Lolo's diary"
JayJay" Lolo had a personal diary in which he used to write. I already had doubts on Hanamitchi's and it was confirmed when Yuri gave me that ring. The ring had their family symbol and it is their heirloom ring which Lolo drew in diary as symbol of enemy and he has also mentioned Yuri's father name as enemy on whom he has doubts."
I aagin started driving . It was pin drop silence in the car but not for long.
JayJay " Kuya, everyone betrayed Lola you know before Lolo' s death she had her own career and was not involved in the business so after his death everyone took whatever they wanted even our relatives what we have is the leftover. But Lola should not know this .:
JayJay(again after some time) "Kuya you look so shocked like you saw a ghost"
I gave her a side look. This girl can't keep quiet even in serious situation.
JayJay(again) " Kuya , today section e and a boys are going to fight "
And the ride goes on with her dropping bombs like this one me.
Please comment. Should I make section e people change school as they are treated very badly in HVIS.
