A single one of these Cultivation Techniques can cultivate the Life Wheel, Life Palace, and physique all at once!
Although this type of Heart Technique is all-purpose, most are considered relatively low-level. Their power is limited, and it is difficult to reach an incomparably powerful realm by cultivating them.
Cultivation Techniques also have ranks. Blood Qi is the foundation of a person's health. If one's Blood Qi weakens, they will age, sicken, and die.
Li Qiye was born with a Mortal Wheel, so his Innate advantage in this area was very weak. His Blood Qi could only be described as a small pool. Thus, as his Life Wheel ebbed and flowed, his Blood Qi merely trickled without cease.

If it were someone with an Imperial Life, their Life Palace would emit thick, long rays of yellow light. Such a Life Palace is extremely domineering. Li Qiye, with only a Mortal Life, had no Innate advantage in his Life Palace to compare with someone of Holy Destiny.
The Life Palace is closed, and the soul lies dormant. Only by knocking open the Life Palace, awakening the soul, and connecting with the Power of Life can one cultivate the Foundation Establishment Dao!
Therefore, the first realm for a Cultivator is the Palace Knocking Realm. The Palace Knocking Realm is further divided into three minor levels, which, from lowest to highest, are: First Knock Sect, Second Awakening, and Third Blood Surge.
The 'Knock' in First Knock Sect refers to knocking on the gate of the Life Palace, allowing the Life Technique's True Technique to enter. This Cultivation process is like a Buddha's Son kowtowing before the Buddha time and time again. Only through constant effort, knock after knock, can one open the gate of the Life Palace once it responds.
Li Qiye used the Kunpeng Six Transformations Cultivation Technique to strike the gate of his Life Palace again and again. KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK… The sound of the repeated impacts echoed endlessly in Li Qiye's mind.

Such a person is a genius among geniuses. Of course, Li Qiye was not that kind of genius. Therefore, he needed to try again and again. Only through countless attempts could he hope to achieve success.
In truth, Li Qiye had other methods to open the gate of his Life Palace in a single attempt. He could use the Moon Vortex Sun Wheel Technique to channel all of his Blood Qi, using it as fuel to drive the True Technique of the Kunpeng Six Transformations. With the overwhelming power of his Blood Qi, he could blast open the gate. Wielding the might of his Blood Qi, Li Qiye could indeed open the Life Palace gate in one go.
But Li Qiye didn't do this. Doing so would leave behind hidden dangers. He had a Mortal Life, and his Blood Qi was not strong to begin with. Forcibly channeling it would damage his Life Wheel, and using it to force the gate open would startle his Life Soul. Although this method would result in rapid Cultivation speed, it would create latent problems for his future Cultivation path.
