'Am I a Dual Spirit Root now?'
In this world, having more Spirit Roots upon awakening wasn't necessarily better; quality was what mattered.
For instance, some people awakened several Spirit Roots, but all of them were trash-tier. These were known as miscellaneous Spirit Roots, and one could only choose the best among them for Cultivation. If all the awakened Spirit Roots were top-grade, one would choose the most suitable one for their Cultivation.
It was also possible to cultivate several at once, but this consumed far too much time and resources, making progress incredibly slow. It was better to just choose one.
There was also a rarer case: awakening a Five Elements Spirit Root, where the roots complemented each other. Cultivation was slow in the early stages, but one would become extremely powerful later on.
Generally, a high-quality single Spirit Root offered the fastest Cultivation speed, but there were exceptions.
