Yeah, a ghost that won't go away. That pretty much sums it up.
Hearing this, Celeste Grant threw up her hands in exasperation.
She spoke up, "Yeah, I'd like to know why she refuses to stay dead, too." At that, Celeste Grant couldn't resist complaining, "I just have to rant about this. If this were a novel, this plot twist would be ridiculous. We're almost at the finale, and she pops up again just to tick off the readers. I actually feel bad for them."
Javier Sinclair nodded slightly, agreeing with her.
'She was thoroughly dead, and now she's suddenly back. It's definitely unsettling.' With that in mind, he said, "This Jocelyn Grant woman is surprisingly hard to kill. I killed her time and again in the beginning, but she never stayed dead. Later, her Divine Soul clearly scattered to the winds, yet she can still just pop up like this. She's like a fly buzzing around us—utterly annoying."
Celeste Grant nodded slightly.
