"An attack? No, it's not aimed at us!"
As a former elite fighter pilot, Bai Jingtiao was only startled for a moment before judging that the attack wasn't aimed at them. But he soon realized the attack was headed for the Command Module!
'Attacking the very moment Su Zhou leaves the Command Module? Destroying our only way back... A good choice, indeed!'
He thought this but shook his head inwardly. 'Too bad. The Commander thought of this long ago and fully charged the Defensive Array. And this is the Era of Spiritual Qi Revival—even our satellites are covered in Defensive Runes, let alone the moon Command Module.'
It all happened in an instant. The silver stream of light streaked across the sky and struck the Command Module as it orbited the moon.
