Faye Vaughn watched, captivated, momentarily forgetting her own discomfort.
Although Wyatt Hawthorne had the absolute upper hand, Finn Hawthorne had managed to land two punches, splitting his lip.
He wiped away the trickle of blood from his lips and beckoned to his third brother with a finger. "Haven't you eaten? Is that all the strength you have?"
Furious, Finn Hawthorne threw another punch. "Big Brother, I'm not finished with you tonight!"
The two started fighting again.
Faye Vaughn didn't even blink. Beside her, Vincent Hawthorne let out a derisive laugh. "Who do you want to win?"
Faye Vaughn replied, "Your big brother, of course."
'Mostly because that's how the fight was clearly going.'
The mockery in Vincent Hawthorne's gentle voice deepened. "I don't think you necessarily want my big brother to win."
'She's probably hoping Finn wins.'
'Because if Finn wins, it'll just provoke an even stronger possessiveness in our big brother.'
