After Nangong Ye and his retinue departed, Yun Xuzi's attitude toward Zhang Shao was far less pleasant.
Mo Qi had killed a City Lord from the Mountain and Sea Empire. The matter wasn't earth-shattering, but it wasn't trivial either. For the Void Sect, it was a troublesome affair no matter how you looked at it.
Nangong Ye was awaiting a response, and Yun Xuzi had no time to waste on Zhang Shao.
"Heh." Zhang Shao chuckled. "Yun Xuzi, old friends rarely get to see each other. Is this how you treat me?"
"Cut the crap. You know perfectly well what your Wolf Fang Sect has done. Let's be blunt—what do you want?" Yun Xuzi's face was cold. "If you're just here to reminisce, then I'm afraid I don't have the time."
Zhang Shao's smile vanished, and a cold light flared in his eyes. "Fine. Since you've put it that way, Yun Xuzi, I won't be polite. I've come here today to demand a person from you."
