Then, just as he was less than twenty meters from "Lord Bloodthirst," he suddenly felt a golden light erupt from the White Wolf Sculpture behind him.
'The Holy Artifact has awakened?!' the Tier Nine Wolf King thought in shock.
Next, he saw the golden light envelop him, suffusing his entire body with an indescribably warm sensation.
'This feels incredible!'
'Absolutely amazing!'
'I seem to be evolving!'
'But I've already reached Tier Nine.'
'Am I about to become the Werewolf Race's third Strongest?!'
"AWOO!"
The Tier Nine Wolf King was ecstatic.
As he bathed in the golden light, the "Lord Bloodthirst" before him seemed to jump in fright, his expression one of utter terror.
'Hahaha, it's true! I'm evolving into a Strongest!' Seeing Lord Bloodthirst's expression, the Tier Nine Wolf King grew even more certain.
He was really evolving.
"BOOM!"
The golden light flared.
He transformed into a giant wolf bathed in a golden glow.
