Its strength lay in allowing Shi Ming to see countless future possibilities. Based on these possibilities, he could avoid certain risks and choose the most advantageous future, ensuring it came to pass.
Its limitation was that the bond of the Wheel of Destiny had a distance limit. If one party fled too far, the Wheel of Destiny would shatter, and the future it had locked in would never arrive.
Furthermore, the Wheel of Destiny didn't grant Shi Ming any additional offensive abilities.
