[Soul Processing Skill].
A technique that transformed a "life" into a usable "component."
Viewing the soul as an information processor and behavior controller—this was the mindset of a normal Wizard.
Having learned this witchcraft, his first thought was to upgrade his "Spider Slayer."
The second Core Witchcraft taught by his mentor required the soul of a living creature as raw material. According to his mentor, it was best to extract the soul directly while the creature was still alive. Extracting it within ten minutes after death was also acceptable, though the result would be slightly inferior.
If he could replace its core with one made from the soul of a true Magical Beast spider and upgrade its materials, its intelligence and combat prowess would surely far exceed its current state.
