Workshop F-37.
Colin stood before the massive steel doors, taking a deep breath before raising his hand to scan his ID card for access.
He was here to pick up the second batch of goods. Vera's side was nearly being torn down by apprentices clamoring for their orders. Allen had sent a message yesterday saying the goods were ready, so Colin had rushed over first thing in the morning.
Colin stepped inside, finding the scene before him incredibly novel. This was his first time entering his boss's workshop. Inside the colossal space, six "Blessing" Mechanical Bodies—all sporting a uniform paint job—were working methodically at their respective stations like diligent worker bees.
The launching mechanism on the chest of the Steel Golem on the assembly line was larger than two of his heads put together. His scrawny frame probably couldn't withstand a single blast from it.
Colin swallowed hard instinctively.
