The technology licensing for the Spider Slayer and the Ah Fu butler proceeded exceptionally smoothly. Allen barely had to waste his breath.
To the Alchemy Apprentices of the Black Tower of the Forge, a project that guaranteed stable income was more attractive than anything else. Out of ten Alchemy Apprentices, nine were completely broke, and the remaining one was teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. The only hurdle was the hefty security deposit required upfront to ensure they wouldn't just run off with the designs. Even so, two Advanced Apprentices with relatively deep pockets managed to scrape together enough Magic Stones and signed the contract.
Allen looked at their pained expressions and calmly tucked the contracts away. He didn't care about these petty profits. His goal was to ensure that even after he left, New West's supply chain would remain uninterrupted, allowing the brand to continue operating.
With all this settled, it was time to leave.
