Allen led Rhine straight into the underground laboratory at the Deep Blue Residence.
"Lie down." Allen pointed to the platform in the center of the lab.
Rhine lay down without a word. He closed his eyes and voluntarily severed all sensory connections, completely handing over this priceless "asset" to its owner.
The platform's surface was as smooth as a mirror. When Rhine lay down, countless dense blue Runes lit up from within, spreading like a spiderweb. Allen walked over and expertly opened his skull.
"Jarvis, initiate deep maintenance for Puppet Zero."
[Command confirmed. Accessing the 'Zero' chassis... Connection established.]
A slender mechanical arm extended from beneath the platform, its end fitted with glowing probes and interfaces that silently connected to Rhine's Control Core. A waterfall of data instantly flooded the light screen in front of Allen.
