Near the Lingkong Celestial Ruins were only two World Heavens affiliated with the Dongyang Immortal Alliance, one of which was Yuelang Heaven. The great families and sects within Yuelang Heaven controlled a number of World Heavens that rivaled that of the Beiming Immortal Race.
As for Black Universe Heaven, it was a World Heaven independent of both the Beiming Immortal Race and the Dongyang Immortal Alliance. The Demon Dao flourished there, and the realm bristled with Demon Sects. It had also produced many powerful Spirit Immortals and possessed formidable legacies, so even the Beiming Immortal Race and the Dongyang Immortal Alliance dared not encroach upon this world.
