"Are you guys okay?"
Cheng Zongyang walked over to Zhang Guangwen and the other man, looking them over.
"Young Clan Leader, it's nothing serious. It'll be fine once we get back and put some medicine on it," Zhang Guangwen said excitedly, looking at his calf.
"It's fine, it's fine," Zhang Changjiang also said hurriedly.
"What about the third one?" Cheng Zongyang nodded and asked about the situation. He remembered the person who had escaped said three people were surrounded.
"He's dead." Zhang Changjiang looked toward a spot not far to their front left and pointed. "A wolf got him and dragged him away. We couldn't save him."
Cheng Zongyang followed Zhang Changjiang's gaze and saw a body, covered in blood, of a man who had died after having his throat torn out by a bite.
Cheng Zongyang sighed. "What's his family situation?"
Zhang Guangwen said, "Young Clan Leader, I hear he has a wife and a son."
