Ginny blinked in confusion. "Passed away... What does that mean?"
Renee Jennings sighed. "Passed away... It means he's never coming back."
Ginny's eyes drooped, and it asked dejectedly, "Does he not want me anymore?"
"No," Renee Jennings said softly, soothingly stroking its fur. "He liked you very much. It's just that he doesn't live in this world anymore, so he can't take care of you. How about we let Michelle take care of you from now on?"
Hearing this, Michelle Fuller immediately sat up straight, her eyes fixed on Ginny, a glimmer of hope hidden in her gaze.
'I wonder if Ginny will give me this chance.'
