"Ashton is going back to his hometown to get married?" She frowned deeply. "How is that possible? I'm not even planning to get married this soon. Who is he marrying back home?"
"You idiot!" Nut tilted its head up to stare at Jenny. "Ashton has a fiancée back in his hometown. They're already engaged! You're the only fool he's managed to keep in the dark!"
"Renee, you have to be kidding me, right?" Jenny's voice trembled as she spoke. "Ashton is so good to me. He would never do anything to hurt me."
Renee Jennings' slender brows drew together. "Ashton has a fiancée back in his hometown whom he's already engaged to."
