After a few seconds of thought, Renee Jennings took out her phone and called Faye Wyatt.
As soon as the call connected, Faye Wyatt's cheerful voice came through the receiver. "Renee, are you at the zoo by any chance?"
Renee Jennings laughed as well. "Faye, you're half right. I'm at the Trenwick Cutie-pie Zoo."
"What are you doing all the way over there?" Faye Wyatt asked, surprised. "Is something up?"
Renee Jennings said, "I came to see the panda, Hope."
"Hope?" Faye Wyatt frowned for a moment. "I think I've come across videos of it online. Very skinny, and won't eat."
