The team was still working overtime on the report and had just sent it to their superior.
A short while later, another call came through from the other end.
"Is it no good?"
"Your report is well done," the superior grumbled, "but the perspective isn't high-level enough."
"...Not high-level enough?"
The superior cleared his throat twice. It started when a gentleman from the Cabinet called, asking for a report to guide public opinion in the right direction without being too conspicuous. So, he had prepared a space for it on the lower half of the front page.
But just as they finalized the draft, a call came in from a major figure.
It was even a personal call—he gave the instructions himself!
