THE HOLIDAY
It is now Christmas Eve all the children in the neighborhood are boasting about how lovely their Christmas clothes are ,some have received gifts while others are planning to go on a vacation elsewhere .But this is not the case with Henry, before, he was always left with his auntie while the rest of the family visited the park.Then later, he could received a book as a present while the rest received appreciatable gifts such as new shoes, skates and a bike for his elder siblings. As he recalled this,he rans outside where he belives he can drown his sorrows peacefully, he walks down the path to the tarmac where he cames across Lisa who is riding her bike. Lisa does not miss to see the look on his face and decides to help him.
"Do you know how to ride?" Lisa inquires and he remains silent continuingly with his walk. Lisa assumes that he does not only go through troubles in school but also at home. Claiming down her bike,they both walked down the path as Lisa tried to convince him that he should accept help from those willing to assist ,these later convinces him to speak up.
Lisa listens to him cautiously, he feels sorry for him but at this time , there is nothing she can do. All she could do was to ask him to learn how to reject negative thoughts and felling and learn how to find his strengths and work on them.
At last, Henry had made a Friend all so, he thought . Someone who is concerned about him at last there is hope for him. All his life ,he had received and accepted failure because that was what they had made him believe. Since then, Lisa has always shared her items with him. she could lend him her bike ,let him use her phone and at times they would revise together . Although Lisa was not among the top best she was always willing to assist him.
