ᕙ༼Keifer's༽ᕗPOV
The door creaked open, and Honey stood there, her hands over her mouth, eyes brimming with tears of pure shock. She didn't look angry—she looked terrified for the girl she considered a little sister.
"Jay Jay..." Honey whispered, stepping into the room. Her voice was trembling. "Six times? Oh, Jay jay, no... you're so young. Your body, your heart... you aren't even fully grown yet. This isn't a game, Jay Jay. It's wrong. You weren't ready for something so heavy."
Jay Jay didn't flinch. She wiped a stray tear from her cheek and puffed out her chest, looking like a defiant kitten. "I am grown enough to know who I love, Honey."
"You Stubborn ,listen to me," Honey pleaded, reaching out to take Jay Jay's hands in hers, her tone softening into that of a protective elder sister the sisterhood. "There is a reason people wait. Your body is still changing, your mind is still developing. You're supposed to be worrying about school and movies, not... not this. You're still our bird. It's not healthy to rush into being an adult when you're still a girl."
Keifer stood by the window, his head in his hands. "Honey is right, Jay Jay," he rasped, his voice thick with guilt. "I should have stopped us. I should have protected your innocence. She's only saying this because she loves you ,care for you."
Jay Jay's eyes went wide, looking at both of them with an innocent but fierce stubbornness. She stomped her foot lightly, her bottom lip trembling just a little.
"You both are ganging up on me!" she cried, her voice high and sweet but determined. "Honey, you talk like I'm a baby. I'm not! I'm not small, I'm not weak. My body felt ready because my heart was ready. It didn't feel 'wrong' or 'heavy.' It felt like being home."
"But the consequences, Jay Jay—" Honey started, her voice breaking.
"I don't care about consequences!" Jay Jay interrupted, crossing her arms over her chest. "Everyone treats me like I need to be saved. Keifer tries to save me from himself, and you try to save me from growing up. But I don't want to be saved! I want to be his."
She turned back to Keifer, her gaze softening into something adorably intense. "And don't you dare agree with her, Keifer. You didn't steal my innocence. I gave it to you as a gift. I wrapped it up and handed it to you because you're the only one I want."
She looked back at Honey, her chin tilted up high. "I'm sorry if it shocks you, Honey. And I know you want to protect me. But if I had the chance, I'd do it all over again tonight. And tomorrow. And the day after that. I'd do it a hundred times until you finally realize that I'm not a victim—I'm just a girl who found her person a little early."
Honey let out a shaky breath, looking at the stubborn, beautiful girl in front of her. "You are so headstrong, Jay Jay. You're going to drive us all crazy."
"Good," Jay Jay whispered, a tiny, triumphant smile playing on her lips. "Then maybe you'll stop worrying and just let me love him."
"I just want to make sure your health is where it needs to be."i said and take her to my personal doctor.
At the Watson Family Clinic
Dr. Miller, the elderly family doctor who had seen the Watsons through everything from scraped knees to bullet wounds, sat back in his chair. He looked at the trio Honey was hovering protectively, Jay Jay was pouting on the exam table, and Keifer was standing in the corner, looking like he wanted to phase through the wall.
"Well," Dr. Miller cleared his throat, looking at the charts. "Physically, Jay Jay, you are healthy. But we have a bit of a... structural issue."
Jay Jay perked up. "See? I told you! I'm fine!"
"Not exactly," the doctor said, trying to suppress a smile at her innocence. "You are very petite, Jay Jay. And Keifer is, well, built like a mountain. In simple terms, because you've done this six times so quickly, your internal tissues are very sore and bruised. It's like trying to fit a giant key into a tiny, delicate lock. You have muscle cramps and friction soreness because your body needs time to stretch and heal."
Keifer's entire face turned a violent shade of red. He stared intensely at a spot on the floor.
"So," Dr. Miller continued, "I'm prescribing one full week of total rest. No intimacy. Your body needs seven days to let the swelling go down."
Jay Jay's eyes went wide. "A week? Seven whole days?" She looked at the doctor as if he'd just told her she couldn't breathe. "No. That's too long. I'll give you two days."
"Jay Jay, it's a medical requirement—" Honey started.
"Two days!" Jay Jay insisted, crossing her arms over her chest, looking adorable in her defiance. "I'll just eat some chocolate. My body will be ready in two days."
Keifer let out a choked, strangled sound. "Jay Jay... please... the doctor is right. A week. We wait a week."
"You're just being shy because they're watching!" Jay Jay chirped, pointing a finger at him. She turned back to the doctor with total, unintentional bluntness. "Dr. Miller, if I do it more often, won't I get used to his size faster? It's like exercise, right? If I wait a week, I'll just get tight again!"
Honey let out a loud, hysterical snort, covering her mouth to hide her laughter.
Keifer's soul practically left his body. He was no longer the "Cold Watson." He was a man experiencing a level of embarrassment that could be felt from space.
"It doesn't work like a gym membership, Jay Jay," Dr. Miller chuckled, his eyes twinkling. "You need to heal first."
"Three days! That's my final offer!" Jay Jay shouted, hopping off the table and grabbing Keifer's hand. "Come on, Keifer. We have to go home so I can start my two-day countdown!"
"It's seven days, Jay Jay!" Honey called out, following them.
"I can't hear you! My ears are closed for seven days, but my heart is open in two!" Jay Jay yelled back, dragging a beet-red Keifer toward the exit.
