"This room… it's exactly like the one we saw before," Celeste said with a low voice, though that was still unable to fully conceal the astonishment in her voice.
Veyra, on the other hand, did not really have the mood to explore the room's layout. The pair of soft, white fox ears atop his head twitched fast, as if they were trying to detect something. He could feel that there was something unusual within this space, though he couldn't actually see it.
Celeste turned back toward him, and the tension in his expression made her realize that things might not be as peaceful as she thought.
Without warning, Veyra rushed aside her and pulled her away. Celeste staggered with the sudden force, stepping aside before regaining her balance. A loud sound rose in the spot where she had just been standing. Dust spread in place, causing them to be unable to see what had happened in the first place.
"Cough… cough…"
Celeste covered her mouth and nose with her hand.
