From the first person view of a young man who looks at a woman wearing a beautiful white dress standing in a field as her black hair fluttered in the wind and her bright beautiful blue eyes staring at him and the grass swaying like waves in the wind and the Sky crystal clear.
It was beauty etched into nature.
"How long do you plan on Sleeping Zane?" the woman said as she smiled, a smile that was enough to melt the heart, brighten the darkest day and even give one hope but then the scene immediately switches in an instant the place was replaced with ruined buildings and rubble everywhere with dead grass as the ground was soaked with blood as countless corpses littered the blood soaked ground and the sky was a crimson red.
Suddenly the woman was stabbed through back by a large claw which pierced through her and blood trickled from her mouth and her white dress was soaked in blood.
"Wake up" the woman said with a smile despite the claw sticking through her.
"oh my God!!!" Zack's eyes suddenly shot open as he jolted out of sleep as he sat up on the bed and breathing heavily on what he just experienced as beads sweat formed on his face.
"what the hell was that and why this woman" Zack held his head with both his hands as the scene kept replaying in his head like a video tape as fear gripped him.
"Why can't these dreams just stop" he said with a shiver as the scene couldn't leave his head.
The dreams started when he was eight years old, the dreams where usual nightmares, in every dream, he always saw him in the body of someone fighting creatures of Monstrous nightmare and beings beyond reality and one's imagination, death always reeked in the air.
The place was always filled with ruins and death.
Strangers that said final words to him, which made no sense to him but every time feeling grief and sadness in his heart and of it all was the woman with black hair and blue eyes who kept appearing in the dreams, every time always dying before him with a smile.
At first, they were just dreams, nightmares but now with each passing year, the dreams began becoming vivid more and more.
Taking a deep breath in, he then exhaled out as he tried to calm himself and forget the horrific scene he saw.
He looked around, he was in hospital ward as the smell of antiseptic and an air freshener that scented like flora filled his nostrils as a machine beeped beside him.
The ward was illuminated by white lighting, he looked at his right hand connected to a drip which stood beside the bed.

Then he remembered his unsuccessful awakening, the cruel revelation of the holographic, the looks of Mockery and triumph, on the faces of Ben and Zoe.
Just remembering their faces sent a flare of rage in his heart, as he curled his left fist tightly.
"Even if they wanted to leave, they would have just done it silently or given me a goddamn reason, but no! they did it in style, what use was the pain and humiliation they caused me?" he clenched his fist, his nails digging into his palm with anger in his eyes.
That's people for you, they stick close to you because of the benefit but when its gone, they change, some walk away silently, some make an excuse, others just mock you and discard you like you never meant anything to them, that was Ben and Zoe.
"Ben! Zoe! This humiliation I make sure you both eat the dust of pure humiliation one day; you both might have had the first laugh but I shall have the last laugh!!" Zack eyes burned with determination.
"I wonder how Alex and Mia faring" a look concern was plastered on his face as he remembered their scene of helplessness.
Then he suddenly remembered the system.
"Was that even real, a system out of nowhere, like its freaking unbelievable" He muttered to himself, he had read webnovels from the old era of five hundred years ago, on long forgotten platform called webnovel during his spare time or when he was dead bored.

Zack was dumbstruck by the system's response.
"Well never expected that" Zack was surprised.

He was about to mentally reach for 'YES' when the door to his ward swung open. A nurse peeked in, her eyes meeting his awake, alert ones. Her own widened in surprise, and she hurried out without a word, leaving the door ajar.
He could hear her shouting, "his awake."
At that instant, the door blasted open, revealing four familial faces etched with worry, relief and happiness, Alex, Mia, His Mum and Sora and an unifamilial face in front who was clad in medical coat, the doctor.
The doctor moved first, performing a swift but thorough check-up. A med-bot hovered at his shoulder, emitting soft scanning lights over Zack's body. The doctor consulted a handheld scanner, then nodded to the bot.
"Zero 2 analyze the patient's data"
The bot scanned the data on the scanner's screen in a flash of light.
The med bot reported.
"Alright. You are cleared for discharge," the doctor said, offering a small, professional smile. "I'll give you some time with your family." With a nod, he stepped out, closing the door gently behind him.
Leaving only Sora, Mia, Alex and his mum with Zack.
The room fell silent for a sec.
"Zack…you…are finally awake" Zack was about to speak then Sora instantly ran towards him and threw herself in his arms as she busted in tears.
"You… are finally awaken" She cried as she spoke, this were tears of joy of seeing a loved one, up and heathy.
"Brother you have been in a coma for three days and we thought you will never wake up" Said Sora with tears in her eyes and that's when it hits Zack
"Wait you mean I have been in a coma for three good days!!!" He asked with shock
"Yes" Sora answered as her eyes were filled with tears and Zack had a blank expression as he became speechless.
"Well don't cry anyone, as you can see am well and healthy" Zack said with a wide smile and Sora looked at him with her teary eyes and nodded her head as she sniffed and wiped her tears.
The cat like creature whose name was white he saved, immediately climbed the bed and nudged its head against his hand.
"he even missed you" Sora spoke as Zack stroked the it's fur as made a purring sound of satisfaction.
"I Guess the little guy really did" Zack smiled.
Then his mum came forward.
She had a long hair, black as the starless night and its texture like silk which fell all the way to her waist and her hair was as black as night and having the same blue eyes but much brighter like that of a glittering star and rosy red lips which made her look beautiful.
She had round face that of a real feminine mature appearance and a small nose complementing her face this giving her the beauty of a goddess from above as her beauty was like nothing else and out of this world.
Her body size was average and not plumped and with an ample melon and huge apples and a dangerous curvy body. She wore a white gown embraided with flowery designs.
But her face was filled with an emotion of sadness as she looked at Zack.
"Mum am so happy to see you" said Zack with excitement as he had thought he would never them again. But she didn't respond to him as she seem to struggle to say something as she dug her fingers into the helm of her dress as she squeezed.
"Mum what's wrong?" Zack asked as she didn't talk.
"Zack please forgive me" she said and this surprised him as she couldn't look him in the face.
"Huh? Mum what do you mean?" he was taken aback.
"forgive me for not been there to protect you" She said as her voice carried emotions and she brought her head down as she couldn't look Zack in the eyes and She is an abilitan
"Mum don't say that" he was in shock over her apology as he couldn't understand her.
"Mum why are you are apologizing? You did nothing wrong" He said to her as Sora, Alex and Mia could only watch.
"Zack am sorry for not been there to protect you, because of my delay you went through such terrible ordeal" she said emotionally as her eyes teared up and streaked down her cheeks.
"Am sorry" she kept apologizing and Zacks facial expression changed and an in instant he got off the bed and knelt before her as he held her hands.
"Mum please don't be like this; it wasn't your fault to begin with" he said with a as she rose her face and looked towards him in surprise.
"maybe if I had awakened earlier, I wouldn't have gone through such ordeal" he said with a smile as he placed his hand on her face and wiped her tears.
"So, mum don't blame yourself anymore instead just be happy that am here and don't cry, as far I have you guys to protect not even death can take me away from you both because I will make sure I defile fate"
Zack said with a smile as he looked at his mom. The woman who had been there for him through thick thin.
"You truly are the son of your father" Looking at her son before her as she caressed his hair, she could see the distant image of a man with striking resemblance to Zack, then she hugged him.
Mother and son were locked in an embrace for over three minutes.
Alex and Mia stood by the side as they watched the heart felt reunion of this family before them, even with our struggles every day, the ups and downs of lives, the failures and disappointment we experience.
Yet there is that one woman who will call our mother who stands beside us, supports us, see us through and encourages us to push forward no matter what, she tells not to worry about the risks but see the gains in the end.
