Ananya's POV -
Thought it was just a normal day to be spent until my brother came and told me we were going to meet his friends.
I was so excited to meet them as I hadn't meet them from long time and also as my brother's best friends were also like best friends and big brother's to me .
Yes but just some , and not him . Suddenly something hit me hard in mind .
What if he also shows up ??
I quickly went to my brother's room . He was finding something , maybe his phone.
"Brother will Karan also come today ?" I asked . I don't think as after that proposal he moved to London .
"Why are you asking it ?" He asked me as if I had asked something very wrong.
"No I mean , as you told he moved to London so I was just asking will he come too." I told him . I was so tensed , my brother never gives answer to my question before asking me another question.
"No , he said he can't" he told me . This only gave me relief . Husshhh ... I will not have to face him .
It will be a nice time meeting Akash bhaiya ( bhaiya = big brother) , Sourav bhaiya , Kunal bhaiya , Ashna di ( big sister ) and Minal di .
We sat in car . He told me that all his friends were having a after 5year meetup something.
Leave it I just wanna go there to meet and eat. "Foodie" is the personality of mine .
While riding suddenly his phone rang , he told me to pick it up as he was driving. It was Karan's. I was too shocked and it was uneasy for me to pick up his call.
I acted in front of my brother like I was trying to pick up the call while I was just moving fingers in air .
The call ended. Just don't call back for god"s sake .
"What is the problem Ananya , why you didn't pick up the call" my brother asked . He is like this only rude and never listens to explanations .
"I was trying but it didn't it seems like your phone is getting old like you "
"You are just 5 year younger than me always getting on my nerves". "NOW" please don't say what I don't want to listen.
"CALL" please no bhaiya please.
"HIM BACK" no this was the only thing I didn't wanted to listen to .
But if I don't follow his order he might become an angry bird sorry he is already.
I secretly took my phone and kept it on silent . Then I took my brother's phone and dialed my number .
He probably didn't see as he was looking towards the road .
"He is not answering bhaiya" why would he when the number of mine is dialed .
God I am so smart Ananya the smart .
"Leave it then" said my brother if he was losing hope .
Don't know why but whenever Karan's phone come it is like a call from his boss for my brother.
"Why you act like if the call wasn't of your dearest friend but of your boss and if you didn't respond be will kick you out of your job." I asked .
"You will not understand Karan always calls me if it's really important otherwise he only chats with me on messenger app."
Finally we arrived there . It was a big 5 star hotel and according to my brother they all were on 4th floor .
We went there and first person to greet me was Ashna di . She hugged me so tightly. I was chocking to get fresh air he he he , not that much but I felt nice hugging her .
Next one was Minal di she did the same .
Sourav bhaiya and Akash bhaiya gave me handshake and high fives .
And yes the conversation started .
"Wow Ananya you look so beautiful now" Minal di said .
"She is a grown up now" said Akash bhai .
"Have you made boyfriend or not huh" asked Sourav Bhai .
"Hey Sourav she is not allowed for that " said my brother to him while giving a flick on his forehead.
"Why not even... I was just completing my sentence when suddenly some one came in from the door .
He was tall , handsome and smart . I didn't recognized him might be another friend of my brother.
"Here is Karan" said Ashna di . Which made me skip my breath . He was here and he was Karan why is he so changed and has became more handsome??.
I secretly pinched my brother.
He was furious by what I was doing. I started sweating even in a air conditioned room .
"What the hell , Karan you were coming why you didn't told me" said my brother and gave him a hug "I would have picked you from the airport".
"I called you , you didn't pick it up Arjun"said Karan.
"Sorry I was driving, but I called you back " said my brother . Oh no what if he finds the truth .
"Nahh bro there is no other calls , Ashna's call was the last one" said Karan while showing him the calling list.
After that the way my brother deadly stared me reminded me of a dracula .
I bowed my head .
"Hi Ananya , how are you grown up huhh" he greeted me with a big smile . Said Karan . Was he talking to me ? Why does he behave like he has forgotten what happened between us .
