"I don't really need this much money," he said honestly. "I only do what needs to be done."

"And as for rebuilding the world don't worry just like I brought people back to life, I'll help restore things too."
Hearing that, General Hisoka's eyes filled with hope once again as He immediately grabbed Gohan's hands gratefully.

"It honestly fills me with happiness."
Gohan understood those feelings very well as He nodded silently but after a moment, Gohan's expression became serious again.
"General Hisoka, The Android threat is gone for now, and the world is slowly stabilizing again as I promised, I'll revive the people who recently died too."
The general nodded carefully but Gohan continued,
"But after that the world needs to change." as His voice turned firm.
"You need to unite people properly as We cannot allow another disaster like Dr. Gero to happen again."
Gohan looked directly at him.
"I already told you about Gero's experiments and plans, So from now on, dangerous scientists and illegal research need strict monitoring."
"Not oppression," Gohan clarified calmly. "But proper control and responsibility."
"People with power like that cannot be left unchecked."
General Hisoka nodded seriously.
"I understand."
The two continued discussing reconstruction plans, security systems, and the future of Earth for several more hours.
Eventually, Gohan stood up and prepared to leave.
"Take care, General."
Then, with a burst of energy, Gohan flew into the sky and headed toward East City.
"As far as I remember, I had two bank accounts," Gohan thought to himself while walking through East City.
"One is mine which is personal and the other belongs to Mom ."
After thinking for a moment, Gohan entered a nearby bank.
First, he withdrew a few thousand zeni in cash for daily use and Then he transferred one hundred billion zeni into a his personal account and another hundred billion into the household account connected to his family.
