Anmol immediately called Jataksha and asked her to send police forces for patrolling across different areas of India.
"That's not possible," Jataksha replied firmly. "Every state has its own problems, and other cases also need attention."
"Just try," Anmol insisted.
Veer, who had been silently listening to the conversation, slowly picked up the phone.
"Can we arrange a meeting of all the top officers in India?" Veer asked.
There was a brief pause.
"Yes," Jataksha said. "I can manage that."
"I want every state's most senior officer involved in this case," Veer continued. "This is not an ordinary situation."
"When do you want to call this meeting?" she asked.
"On 25th December, in Delhi."
25th December - Delhi
All the top-ranking officers gathered in the meeting hall. The atmosphere was serious. Everyone knew that if Veer had called such a meeting, something major was about to happen.
One of the senior officers stood up.
"Why has this meeting been called? We already have many cases to handle."
Veer stepped forward.
"I apologize for the inconvenience," he began calmly. "But something extremely dangerous is about to happen. someone is challenging us.
The room grew silent.
"I want all of you to pass this message to your teams," Veer continued. "There will be a complete lockdown for one day. No one should be on the streets. Troops will be deployed across the country. Anyone found outside will be taken under supervision by the authorities."
Murmurs spread across the hall.
A senior officer spoke again. "We respect you, Chief Commander. But are you sure about this? We cannot stop everything in just one day."
"Don't worry," Veer replied confidently. "I will speak to the Prime Minister about this. We still have four days. Today, I will take permission. After that, we will proceed."
Meeting with the Prime Minister
Veer had already taken an appointment.
"Greetings, Sir," Veer said respectfully.
"Please sit," the Prime Minister replied. "What do you want to discuss?"
"I will come straight to the point," Veer said. "We don't have much time. We need to stop everything for one day — transportation, public movement, daily activities. Only the army will remain active."
The Prime Minister looked at him seriously.
"Explain everything."
Veer narrated the entire story — the signal, the clone, the threat, and the unknown voice challenging them.
After a long silence, the Prime Minister finally spoke.
"Alright. I will do this. But it will be difficult."
"Thank you for your cooperation, Sir," Veer replied.
