Jay jay POV:-
The drive toward the home was silent. My heart was pounding against my ribs, after 6 years I have stepped my foot into manila.
Almost everything have changed, the street were crowded.
After a while we finally reached at my aunt house. It wasn't as massive as our home but I like it
I got out of the car shutting the door behind me softly. I walked inside the house and aunt gema was already sitting there in the living room. Taping her feet slowly against the floor hands clasped together looking toward the door.
That's when she saw me. And before I could think I was already wrapped in her embrace.
"Dear how are you? How was your flight? Are you tired? Do you want to eat something?" She asked one after another
"I'm fine tita. My flight was also good, and I'm just a little bit tired, and I'm not hungry." I replied giving her a warm smile.
She pulled away from the hug and gave me a forehead kiss before dragging me toward the couch.
She looked away "I'm mad at you jay you came after 6 year! And you're acting so calm like 6 years are nothing, you know how much I missed you!" She said sulking.
"Tita don't be mad na, look I'm here now I won't go again."
She finally looked at me and smiled warmly.
"Lets go I will show you your room, it upstairs."she said walking toward a room.
I walked with her and tita stood outside a door "so ready anak to see your room?" She twisted the door knob opening into a beautiful minimal room – navy blue and beige color interior with warm lights and natural sunlight coming from the window.
"Wow it's so beautiful tita thank u soo much," I said hugging her tightly.
"Jay you are going to crush my bones!" She said still laughing
"Sorry sorry,"
"Fresh up and then rest you must be tired right." Tita said turning back to leave the door softly clicked after she left. I was looking at the empty space where she was standing a while ago.
She always treated me like her own daughter which she never had. I can never pay the debt off.
I smiled to myself.
I unpacked the luggage and organized everything and by the time was done it was 3:38 pm so I took a shower and wore a comfortable set of pajamas – and without me even realizing I was already asleep.

I woke up to a knock on my door I got up my bed and opened the door still rubbing my eyes.
"Dear, did I disturbed you? I came to call you for dinner you didn't even eat lunch so you must be hungry." Tita said
"I'm coming you go tita."
She nodded once and walked away.
I fixed my self and walked downstairs.
Angelo and Tito julz also came from the office, and I also saw– Aries I didn't see him in the morning because he was at school and when he came back– I was asleep.
I greeted everyone politely and sat on a empty seat beside tita, I also gave them their gifts which I bought from airport.
The maid served me my food.
After eating and talking with them about how my life is going and how my studies are going – I finished my food I decided to go outside for some fresh air.
I bid by to tita giving her a cheek kiss and walked out.
I was walking toward the park near my aunt house, but before going there I went to a 7/11 store to buy a packet of cigarettes because I was out of it (yep she does smoke but after getting into section e she will quit smoking 🚭)
I bought my cigarette packet and lighter also and thanked the cashier.
After reaching the park I sat on a wooden bench staring at the dark starless sky– the yellow light of streetlight glowing softly ahead of me,
I took out a cigarette and light it up.
The tip of the cigarette glowing in the dark.
I took a drag,and let the smoke out in the air.
The smoke burned through my mouth , the bitter taste gave me peace.
After smoking I threw the butt of the cigarette on the pavement and crushed it with my shoes.
After spending one and half hour in the park, smoking. I returned home the light were off which meant everyone was in their respective rooms.
I quietly slipped into my room, threw my shoes and lay on my bed I picked up my phone and what I saw stunned me

:They are taking good care of me specially tita. And yep I ate my food already.
:I was tired so I fell asleep that's why I didn't answer your messages.

:How are you sweetie, I hope you had a safe and comfortable flight.
:You must be tired so rest well and eat your food on time.

I sighed.
This girl!!
I replied to everyy text of her and also apologized to her for not replying earlier.
I answered to Calles message also and he was just asking if I'm fine and how was my flight.
I couldn't sleep I was rolling over my bed and after 1 hour of rolling like a sack of rice I finally slept.

Sorry cuz I don't post regular but you know guys I'm js lazy 😭
But I will post two chapter today but the thing is I want more people to comment and give me ideas I don't want to add the old stuff from the original book im trying to add new stuff.
