Chapter 199 - Chapter 199: Man vs God

While Aili was still figuring out how to exit the Imaginary Space, the battle outside had just entered a white-hot state.

Welt covered his mouth, preventing blood from falling to the ground.

Now, both on the ground and in the air, there were various technological creations: Titan mechs, missile launchers, fighter jets, battleships…

"I say, these human creations, no matter how you think about it, can't possibly break through the defenses God gave me, can they?" Sirin said, as spears were launched from behind her, aiming at Welt.

But they also couldn't break through Welt's defenses.

"Is that so? Is that what you think?" Welt stood on the ground, looking at Sirin floating in the air.

Then Welt spread his hands, "Then, let me represent humanity and challenge God!"

On the ground, a missile vehicle that had remained silent finally launched its missiles.

The missiles struck the defensive barrier in front of Sirin, followed by a violent explosion.

With each missile strike, Sirin heard a faint sound of shattering, and then she saw a crack appear on a part of the barrier in front of her.

"How is this possible!" Sirin looked at the crack in astonishment.

Although she was intentionally taking the attacks there, how could human weapons break through her defenses?

"How is this possible! How is this possible!" Sirin rapidly repaired the barrier.

Next to her, a barely perceptible Honkai Beast flickered with a faint light, as if it was saying something to Sirin.

"Run away! How is that possible! The power God gave me! How could I lose! I will not lose!" After speaking, Sirin opened countless voids in front of herself, absorbing all of Welt's attacks.

Subsequently, the voids opened again above Welt's troops, and Welt's attacks were all directed back at his own creations.

"So, you're finally willing to use your full power!" Welt clenched his fists, looking at Sirin.

"They're just human creations! Just destroy them! Just destroy them!" Sirin said, gritting her teeth.

Then, Sirin's eyes widened again as she saw the reappearing troops.

"Second Herrscher, as long as you don't defeat me, my troops won't disappear!" The troops behind Welt opened fire again.

Looking at the troops that were just destroyed and then reconstructed, Sirin gritted her teeth and shifted her attacks.

While they were fighting happily here, Aili was in the Imaginary Space.

She watched as attacks passed by her.

"Damn it! Who's throwing things around so carelessly?!" Aili looked at the seemingly endless barrage of gunfire.

But Aili also noticed where these attacks disappeared.

There was a certain space that seemed very weak, and all the attacks disappeared from that spot.

Did that mean that if the attack was strong enough, she could break through this Imaginary Space and get out?

Pulling a spear from Yuda's frame, Aili weighed it a couple of times, then had Yuda shift its position.

She moved closer to the spot Aili believed to be weak.

At this point, Aili wasn't going to use her bow anymore; she wanted to try throwing, even if it wasn't very elegant.

But no one could see her here, right?

Thinking of a certain person's line, Aili's lips curved upwards slightly.

A purple mist coiled around the golden spear in her hand.

"This strike…" Aili pulled back the arm holding the spear.

"Pierce the stars!" Using the power exertion technique Fu Hua taught her, all her strength was put into this single throw.

As soon as the spear left her hand, it tore open space in front of Aili.

It didn't even reach the weak spot in space that Aili had intended.

As soon as the space was torn, Yuda retracted its restraining chains and fell out of the rift.

Outside, the strike Aili threw passed directly by Sirin and ultimately plunged straight into the ground.

Aili, in mid-air, looked at the ground still far below her, then closed her eyes and tightly gripped Yuda.

Just like that, Aili also fell past Sirin.

Watching Aili fall, Sirin's movements paused for a moment.

She looked in the direction Aili had fallen, somewhat disbelieving. "How is this possible, how is this possible, how could someone come out of that space on their own?"

Welt seized the opportunity to unleash a concentrated attack on Sirin.

"Damn it, you damned traitor!" Sirin quickly constructed voids for spatial transfer, returning Welt's attacks.

Looking at the mechs below that were no longer being constructed, Sirin breathed a sigh of relief, then slowly descended to the ground.

"Traitor, now you have no power, do you?" Sirin's lips curled upwards slightly, as if she had finally won.

"Yes, I have no power," Welt said, looking behind Sirin.

Sirin quickly turned around, only to be tightly bound by chains.

"Damn it, damn it, damn it!" Sirin struggled with all her might.

"Alright, Sirin, Yuda's Chains aren't that easy to break free from," Aili said, walking up to Sirin, the other end of the chains in her hand.

"Hey, Welt, can that thing in the sky be canceled? It's very dangerous," Aili said after walking to Sirin's side, pointing to the sky.

In the sky, a red streak of light was approaching them.

"Doctor Tesla, detonate the Silver Bullet," Welt said, clutching his chest and speaking with some difficulty into the communicator he had just constructed.

As soon as he finished speaking, Welt clutched his mouth and knelt on the ground, blood splattering on the surface in droplets.

"Seriously, why are you so careless with your body?" Aili walked over to Welt and placed her hand on his shoulder.

After a while, Welt felt much better.

"Honestly, why is Miss Second Herrscher so careless?" Beside Yuda, another person's voice suddenly appeared.

A blond man in a white suit and a clown mask stood next to Sirin, extending his hand and placing it on Yuda's Chains.

"However, my plan still requires Miss Second Herrscher's efforts, so…" On the blond man's hand, there was an unknown substance, and Yuda's Chains slowly began to fade.

"Hey, who are you?!" Welt quickly reached out to the man.

But as a golden feather drifted down, the man appeared beside Welt.

"Oh, pretending I don't exist is very rude, Mr. Puppet ♬ ~" Aili directly grabbed the man's wrist.

"Let me see your true face ♬ ~" Aili controlled the man's body in front of her and reached for his mask.

But as soon as she touched the mask, Aili pulled Welt back.

"That was a close call. My true face cannot be seen," the man said, reaching up to adjust his mask.

"Clearly…" Aili looked at the man's body.

"Are you wondering why you can't control my body anymore?" A pistol appeared in the man's hand; its shape was that of Judgment of Shamash.

"Although I don't know how you controlled this body of mine, Miss, your control has now failed," the man said, then immediately turned and fired a shot at Yuda's Chains.

The chain binding Sirin ultimately disintegrated into golden fragments that drifted away.
